No-one can ever question David Price's heart, but that is seven defeats now for him and any slim chance of ever fighting for a world title has surely now gone.

Will he carry on with his career? When he loses, he often loses after taking some brutal punishment. All seven of those losses have been via knockout or stoppage.

  2. 'The right thing'published at 22:17 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

It was absolutely the right thing to do by Joe McNally in Price's corner.

  3. The towel comes in - Chisora winspublished at 22:15 British Summer Time 26 October 2019
    Breaking

...David Price beats the count, but his corner have seen enough and think their man has taken enough punishment. The towel comes in from the Price camp and Dereck Chisora wins.

  4. Price down in the fourthpublished at 22:15 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

He was nearly floored in the third, then landed with an incredible uppercut that wobbled Chisora. But it is only a brief respite.

Chisora unloads and Price is on the canvas.

    He gets up, but...

  5. Postpublished at 22:14 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

Chisora was definitely hurt by that uppercut at the end of the third. He had pretty much dominated for eight minutes, 50 seconds.

  6. Postpublished at 22:14 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

Has that uppercut from Price saved his career? He was seconds away from being stopped. We continue. Into four.

It looked like Howard Foster was about to stop it, but then you saw Chisora's legs buckle when Price landed one.

    Round 3

A crazy, incredible end to the third. Two huge hooks from Chisora. Price is in trouble, but then, out of nowhere, a huge uppercut from Price wobbles the Chisora legs.

Incredible. It looked all over, then Chisora was nearly floored. Three gone.

  9. Postpublished at 22:12 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Chisora senses victory.

Leather landed on skin at force - from 20ft away it provides a shock. Quite what David Price makes of Dereck Chisora's big right handers I can only imagine.

    Round 3

A right jab to the body and then a left hook from Chisora bring gasps from the London crowd. Chisora attacks, Price has to hold on.

  12. 'Price's shots are hurting Chisora'published at 22:10 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Round 3

    Steve Bunce
BBC Radio 5 Live boxing pundit

There has been tremendous pressure from Chisora but he's taking one or two back. Price's shots are hurting Chisora. Every now and again it looks like Price is going to unload.

  13. Postpublished at 22:09 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Round 3

A double jab, an overhand right, a shot to the body. All from Chisora. All bang on target.

    Round 3

Into the third, it has been a tough night for David Price so far.

    Round 2

A couple of looping overhand right hooks get through the Price defence. He takes both shots but can't keep on doing that. All Chisora at the moment, as many expected.

  16. Postpublished at 22:06 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Round 2

Price is the much taller fighter and if is he is to have success, the right uppercut when Chisora attacks could be the way to go. The only problem is though Chisora repeatedly has his man up against the ropes.

But then a swinging left hook from Chisora is far, far too south. Howard Foster, the referee, gives Chisora a telling off.

    Round 1

    Steve Bunce
BBC Radio 5 Live boxing pundit

Price didn't do a lot - he threw about five punches. I thought that was a fantastic round and that last 20 seconds was brilliant.

  18. Postpublished at 22:04 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Round 1

A right uppercut from David Price is a rare brief bit of success for the Liverpool man, but Chisora has been the attacker, has landed more and will have caught the judges' eyes. A very strong opening from the Londoner.

    Round 1

    Keir Murray
BBC Scotland at the O2 Arena

The London crowd is chanting "Oh, Dereck Chisora!" over and over as the Finchley heavyweight's fight against Liverpool's David Price gets going.

  20. Postpublished at 22:02 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Round 1

Dereck Chisora tries to get to work on the body of David Price, the Londoner, who as you would expect, has the majority of the support.

"Oh Dereck Chisora," rings around the O2 Arena. He had threatened to walk out of the show when he found he would only be chief support, but here he is.
