It was a draw in the league at the Athletic Grounds.

It needed a late Aaron Doherty point for Donegal to win the Division Two final at Croke Park.

Now penalties are required to separate these two.

    The tension here is unreal.

    And it will be penalties!

Donegal just couldn't get the shot away.

Breathless stuff in those last moments.

    Incredible drama in Clones.

    Level again!

Odhran Doherty for Donegal this time after they patiently wait for the chance.

Are we going to penalties again?!?

  8. Postpublished at 86mins

    Armagh 0-20 Donegal 0-19

Armagh trying to take the sting out of this.

One ahead, they're playing the ball around in their own half, going back to Patton when they can.

    Donegal aren't going away, though!

Rian O'Neill sees Campbell in space.

He hands it off to Aidan Nugent and the substitute knocks over his third since coming off the bench.

    What a cameo.

    Armagh lead by two.

  11. Postpublished at 82mins

    Armagh 0-19 Donegal 0-18

From an almighty distance, Oisin O'Neill takes on the shot...made it over the bar and then some.

A brilliant point at any time but under these circumstances, superb.

  12. Postpublished at 80mins

    Armagh 0-18 Donegal 0-18

We get going for the fourth and final time.

And within 40 seconds Peadar Mogan ties this up for the 11th time this afternoon.

Going back through their league meetings this year, and now this Ulster final, there really is so little between these two teams.

Genuinely, when you look at the way Armagh are set up, one turnover can change the whole thing.

Donegal still have the pace but, in that first half of extra-time, I did think the sting had gone out of them a little bit. They need to re-find that energy.

With the last play of the half, it's another from Aidan Nugent.

This time from a free brought forward after some Donegal dissent.

That's the break in half-time. Can Donegal come back again?

I always think it's important to take a lead into the second period of extra-time - it gives you the confidence to try things and build the lead.

Is there anything between these sides?

Jeaic MacCeallabhu clips a point over, via the post, and we're level again!

    Armagh lead again!

Aidan Nugent comes inside and, off the right, puts Armagh back in front.

    Niall O’Donnell takes on another...wide.

He's had some fine points today but couldn't bring this one back around the post.

  19. Postpublished at 76mins

    Armagh 0-16 Donegal 0-16

You were wondering when Armagh would take the shot on as the space opened up in front of them.

Patience rewarded as they work a better opening for Andrew Murnin who brings us level.

  20. Postpublished at 75mins

    Armagh 0-15 Donegal 0-16

We're already halfway through the first period of extra-time and it's been as cagey as you would expect.

Opportunities at a premium as both sides get numbers back behind the ball.
