Paul Atkinson: Cottage pie with some red wine and maybe baked beans. Wife did a 7 till 3 shift at 111, so seemed only fair that I did dinner.
Matt: Tonight it's a KFC 20 piece mini fillet bucket, purely because someone suggested that tartare sauce goes well with fried chicken - and it does! (Although Chinese curry sauce is still my favourite!) Plus a lovely drop of Rioja. Because I'm classy but still down to earth!
Definitely trying that tartare sauce suggestion, thanks Matt!

Rain set to continue until at least 17:00 local (20:00 UK). Generally the rain rates will remain light, but some heavier bursts remain possible at times. Prospects for qualifying today rely on rate of drainage (light falling rain isn't itself an issue) and the fading light exacerbated by cloud.

Makara: What's for tea? Given the time difference (it's 9:30pm in Kenya) I am having a double whiskey as I wait for quali. Did have a ham and cheese sandwich during the sprint
Matthew Murnaghan: For Tea, I'm going to have something from the freezer. Maybe a burger and fries.
Andrew WT: Worst thing about living in New Zealand, we’ve been awake for 24 hours now. Don’t know whether to go and get breakfast or wait for quali.

So the plan is to get under way at 19:00 GMT if conditions improve. The safety car is out now doing a few laps, but there is a lot of standing water on that freshly resurfaced track.

Can McLaren take Sao Paulo pole again?published at 18:10 Greenwich Mean Time 2 November
18:10 GMT 2 November
McLaren holding off the decision to switch Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris made the end of the sprint - which also involved a virtual safety car for Nico Hulkenberg's stricken Haas - a tad nerve-wracking for all involved.
Norris said he wasn't "proud" of the team orders win, but he did give thanks to his Australian team-mate for helping him achieve the result, acknowledging Piastri did indeed deserve the victory today.
As for qualifying, the two papaya drivers go into today's fight as firm favourites to take pole after Friday's sprint qualifying performance.
Norris was streets ahead of the field before Piastri snuck through and claimed the front-row spot after the Briton had failed to improve on his second run.
