Men’s 200m backstroke final
Luke Greenbank, Brad Woodward and Brodie Williams. Nothing in it at the halfway point but it's Greenbank who just about has the lead...
Men’s 200m backstroke final
I don't think I could even hold myself up to start a backstroke race...Anyway they're off and Luke Greenbank looks serene.
Women's pole vault final
Over to the pole vault final and Northern Ireland's Ellie McCartney and Sophie Cook of England have both cleared their opening heights of 4.10m.
Men’s 200m backstroke final
Hopes of an England 1-2 here? Another South African Pieter Coetze and of course an Aussie, Mitch Larkin, might have something to say about that though.
Men's semi-finals
England's defending champion James Willstrop is about to begin his men's squash semi-final with Wales' Joel Makin.
Makin lost at the semi-final stage four years ago but has beaten 38-year-old Willstrop the last two times they’ve met.
The winner will face Kenya's Muqtadir Sadruddin Nimji in the final who has just beaten Barbados' Shawn Simpson in his last four match.
Men’s 400m hurdles round one
Kenya's Wiseman Mukhobe wins the men's 400m hurdles round one first heat with a time of 50.03.
Ezekiel Nathaniel of Nigeria finishes second and Canada's Malik Metivier is third. Peter Curtis of Guernsey finishes fifth.
Men’s 200m backstroke final (19:13 BST)
England have lanes four and five for the next final after storming swims from Luke Greenbank and Brodie Williams to top the times in the semis. Greenbank stormed to a bronze in this race at last year’s Olympics while Williams already has a silver medal in his locker from these Games in the 100m. Can either of them get on that top step?
Women’s 100m breaststroke final
It really is the friendly Games.

Helen Housby replaces Eleanor Cardwell at GA for the final quarter, while Eboni Usoro-Brown is on at GK.

Adorable.
All the swimmers in the 100m breaststroke just came together at the end of the race for a group hug as the crowd cheered them on.
They're nice these lot.
Women’s 100m breaststroke final
Lara van Niekerk flies off the blocks and has a massive lead at halfway! But team-mate Tatjana Schoenmaker is coming back - it's not enough though!
The 1-2 we expected.
Women's 87kg final
England’s Emily Sweeney is out of the women's 87kg final.
After three attempts she's failed to lift 88kg and won't be advancing to the clean and jerk.
Nigeria's Mary Taiwo Osijo is the current leader having already successfully snatched 95kg.

It's the humidity that gets you. I broke a camera at the London Olympics, just steamed up. Anyway, they're off!
End of Q3: England 40-24 Uganda

England looked to be cruising the third quarter, opening up their lead to at most 19 points but Uganda have crept back, though their deficit still stands at 16.
Jo Harten came on at the break and scored seven from nine, while Eleanor Cardwell still leads the Roses on 27 from 30.
Helen Housby is practicing her shooting during the start of the team talk at the quarter break - looks like she is coming back on for the final quarter.

Ouch.
This is my fourth night at the swimming but the sheer volume when English swimmers step out still takes me by surprise.
The crowd are loving Molly Renshaw.
Women’s 100m breaststroke final
Three South Africans, three Australians, a Scot and an Englishwoman stride out to meet the crowd. Kaylene Corbett is loving life. Home favourite Molly Renshaw gets the biggest ovation.

It is not just the athletes who are bringing star power...
First, Perry the Bull is winched into the air over the infield as he does a kind of running man dance. It is a bit like the Beijing 2008 opening ceremony, but a whole lot less po-faced.
And then Geoff Wightman, one of the in-stadium commentary voices and the father and coach of new world 1500m champion Jake, is introduced to more cheers.
If you haven't seen the viral video of Geoff keeping it super professional as he calls his son home in Oregon - it is 43 seconds you won't regret...
