England's Emma Reid is the top seed but beats Wales' Natalie Powell, who was the reigning champion.

No messing about by Scotland's Rachel Tytler. She needs less than 30 seconds to beat Canada's Coralie Godbout and win bronze.

English gold medallist Emily Campbell speaking to BBC Sport: "I'm absolutely elated I knew this would be a tough competition, I knew someone was not going to hand it to me on a plate, I knew I would have to work for but I said, 'whatever I needed to lift today to win that gold medal, I was going to do it'.
"I hope people see how beautiful our sport is. Throughout the week you have seen it doesn't matter what you look like, what shape you are, what size you are, you can pick up a bar and do it. It is not about coming to the Commonwealth Games or coming to the Olympics it is is about doing something you love.
"We've been in the training hall in the back and we've heard the crowds all week and it has been mad, absolutely immense. There was a full house today and the flashing of the wristbands and everything has been immense. It is very nice to see actual fans coming to see weightlifting, it is all we have ever wanted."

Suarav Ghosal at 15 in the world would have to be favoured. But James Willstrop over the 10 international matches they have played has won nine of them 3-0.
I am going to go out on a limb here and say Willstrop with those aching bones will find a way to win here.

Next up in the squash is the men's singles bronze medal match, between India's Saurav Ghosal and England's James Willstrop.
Former world number one Willstrop won the Commonwealth title four years ago. Should he win bronze today, it will be his seventh Commonwealth medal across singles and doubles.

Despite Ghana being the better side in the first-half, Wales continued to push forward and started to dominate play in the third quarter.
And a ruthless final quarter resulted in Wales comfortably earning those all-important three points.

There is a reason Sarah-Jane Perry has got that reputation and her opponents know she is never beaten.
Wow, what a match! It was absolutely brilliant, it was Joelle King who went out to a 2-0 lead looking good and looking feisty but you can never count out Perry. The fifth game was an absolute battle and it was a shame that somebody had to lose.

Fantastic scenes in Leamington Spa as Rosemary Lenton and Pauline Wilson overcome their Australian opponents 17-5.
At 72, Lenton is one of the oldest competitors in Commonwealth Games history and the pair have a combined age of 130.
