It's been a real solid effort today from Team Scotland.

Angus and Gemma have had scores to really be proud of and the crowd has been right behind them.

Scotland's Angus Menmuir and Gemma McArthur complete their competition with their best dive yet, scoring 69.12 to sign off at Birmingham 2022 on 289.62 points.

Wales' Aidan Heslop and Ruby Thorne finish their event with a 68.16, slotting in just below the Scottish duo.

Now, over to Kyle Kothari and Lois Toulson for their final bid for a medal.

Greg Lobban and Rory Stewart embrace and start the fist pumps to the crowd.

The pair have just beaten Malaysia for bronze in straight games.

It takes Scotland's medal tally to 51. Lovely.

England are currently on for gold and silver.

England's Paul Drinkhall has bounced back, getting the crowd to lift him and winning six points in a row to set up two game points.

He takes it with his first and the bronze medal match continues. It's still a long way to go for Drinkhall, he is 3-1 down to India's Sathiyan Gnanasekaran.

But he has the momentum now.

Sensational - what a dive!

The roar tells you everything you need to know because it's an absolute whopper of a dive!

That is so, so good from Noah Williams and Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix!

That could very well be the gold medal right there!

Nine's all round for the execution. A sensational dive.

They lead with a score of 258.18, with compatriots Kyle Kothari and Lois Toulson second on 241.74.

A great effort from Australian pair Cassiel Rousseau and Emily Boyd puts them into bronze.

Some of these rallies have been absolutely incredible. Ng Tze Yong flings himself to the floor to return Lakshya Sen's smash and jumps back up like a bouncy ball to set himself for the next return. He misses the smash a few shots later but what a shame, he didn't deserve to lose that point.

Those legs must be getting tired now. Sen leads 11-7 in the third game.

The smiles say it all - that was very good from Noah and Andrea.

Can Noah Williams and Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix go back to the top of the leaderboard?

They can!

It's not quite as good as Kyle Kothari and Lois Toulson, but their 71.10 is enough to put them three points clear of their compatriots.

England's Paul Drinkhall is doing everything he can but Sathiyan Gnanasekaran seems to have all the answers.

The Indian athlete wins the third game 11-5 to go 3-0 up in this bronze-medal match. He's now one game away from a medal.

A whopping 72.90 puts them four points clear of Malaysia's Pandelela Rinong Anak Pamg and Jellson Jabillin.

Woah.

All of a sudden the momentum in this game has totally shifted and Lakshya Sen just completely ran away with the second game, getting on a run of around 13 points to take the game 21-9.

We're into a deciding game.

That is like for like with the Australian pair before them!

They're slightly out of time getting into it but other than that, they're bang on the money!

Australian pair Cassiel Rousseau and Emily Boyd move into first place... but not for long!

Noah Williams and Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix respond with a 52.80 to lead after the second round of dives.

It's looking tight in the fight for the medals, with three pairs - including England's Kyle Kothari and Lois Toulson - on 97 points.

Drama! The first game of this bronze medal match goes to sudden death, and Scotland take it after a review of a let decision.

Scotland's Greg Lobban immediately called: "No way, that's let!" and reviewed.

The replay showed Malaysia's Yow Eain Ng just kind of ran into Lobban when he knew he wasn't getting to the ball.

A huge moment, and Scotland are 11 points away from a bronze medal.

That was a solid second round dive from Ruby and Aidan.

He didn't straighten his knees as much as he normally would and that meant he hit the water at the same time as Ruby.

We're half way through this second game and it is so evenly matched between these two.

Lakshya Sen looks a lot more aggressive and up for this, the mistakes have cut right down and he leads the game 14-9. Ng Tze Yong has just got his head down a little bit after losing a run of points, he needs to regroup.

Oh yes! England's Kyle Kothari and Lois Toulson take charge on the board with their second dive scoring 49.80. They edge a fraction ahead of the Malaysian pair.
