If you're not run out off the last ball of a limited overs game, then you're not playing cricket properly.
Felix White, wearing a cap in a cool kid sort of way - throws the bat to great effect in the final over. The odd slog, the odd back foot drive and the odd scampered single pushes Tailenders to a hugely respectable total. He retires in time to allow Laura Wright to face the final delivery of the innings.

That is an absolutely brilliant piece of work.
Mattchin st Mann b Rainford-Brent (Tailenders 141-4)
Mattchin - the unlikely star of the Tailenders podcast because of his lack of interest in cricket, his dry wit and distant relation to Sachin Tendulkar - comes out to have a bat. He's being coached through every delivery by Felix White. His innings doesn't last long though as he is stumped after toppling over when facing Ebony Rainford-Brent's slow off-breaks. Schoolboy error, Mattchin.

He did say he'd been coached by Monty Panesar!

Playing down Bakerloo to a delivery on the Piccadilly line.

This a grudge match. When Felix comes out they smell blood.

Becky Adlington is caught ball watching and is almost run out when Chris Hughes pulls her through for a quick single. Thankfully for the Tailenders, she makes her ground. Both batters retire at the end of the over, to applause, and are replaced in the middle by DJ Yasser Ranjha and Tailenders co-host Felix White.
This match has just got a whole lot spicier.
Becky Adlington is holding her end up - she runs another single off Phil Tufnell as Tailenders threaten to reach 150.
Becky Adlington scrambles a single. It's her first run in all forms of cricket, apparently.

Ian Atkin: Fair to say Chris Harris has missed his calling in life.
Phil Tufnell, let me tell you, is one of the nicest blokes you'll meet in cricket. Lovely fella. His bowling action is just how it was when he was wearing whites adorned with lager sponsorship and ripping through the Ausies at The Oval all those years ago. He doesn't seem too perturbed when Charles Dagnall lets the ball run through his legs on the boundary.
Wes Brown and Chris Harris have walked off. They're going to let Olympic gold medallist Becky Adlington and Love Island's Chris Hughes have bat.

Well he never was much of a fielder in all fairness.
Tailenders 123-3
Strictly's newest star Graeme Swann is left to foxtrot back to his mark with a grimace spread across his face, after watching Michael Vaughan shell a catch at slip.

What a shot that is. He's got hold of that one.
Michael Vaughan is turning his arm over. Partnership breaker? Chris Harris has taken a liking to the former England skipper as he bludgeons a six over mid-wicket. One to tell the grandkids. Tailenders motoring along now. The pitch has lost some of its spice.

That's a glorious shot. What a shot that is Wes Brown!
Wes Brown stamps his authority by smashing Simon Mann back down the ground for back-to-back fours. Mann needs to be hooked out of the attack before he does any more damage to his team's chances.
