Normal service is resumed as he blocks out the final ball.

Earlier in the over there was a run-out scare - Thisara Perera wasn't in the frame as Faf du Plessis' throw went past the stumps.

The South African captain was briefly holding his shoulder afterwards - I think he jammed it into the turf as he landed. Imran Tahir then decides to jump on top of him. Not sure that's going to help, Imran.

That is some shot - the boundaries are big here and it has cleared it comfortably.

Hello, Jeevan Mendis. That is more like it.

It's a bit floaty from Chris Morris and the left-hander flicks it over deep backward square for a massive six.

    Some pick-up, that.

Dhananjaya de Silva did at least find the boundary a couple of times before he got dismissed.

Thisara Perera gets off the mark first ball with a single down to long-off.

Jeevan Mendis then blocks out the rest of the offer. He's scored four off 36 balls now.

This is a rather sorry capitulation, especially in light of what was on offer at the start of the day. The beginning was very good but losing that wicket in the tenth over, in the way they did allowed South Africa back in.

Thisara Perera is the new batsman.

He's probably here for a good time rather than a long time based on the bits I've seen of him so far in this competition.

Two overs ago, I said it would be a great idea to bring JP Duminy into the attack! And on that note, I'll leave you...

    AND HE'S STRUCK FIRST BALL!

I mean, it's an awful shot from Dhananjaya de Silva. He clearly didn't want to let JP Duminy settle as he attempts an aggressive reverse sweep but gets a thin bottom edge onto the stumps.

Not sure that was the wisest shot selection to be honest.

JP Duminy, and his part-time spin, is coming on.

Another maiden. Two in a row for Kasigo Rabada.

He changes tact half way through the over and goes around the wicket but Jeevan Mendis weaves out the way of a well-directed bouncer.

Seven runs come from Andile Phehlukwayo's fifth over.

Only two dot balls, that's a bit better from Sri Lanka. They've got to be looking to score from as many balls as possible at this stage of the innings.

  20. SL 133-5published at 34.2 overs

    Shot!

Andile Phehlukwayo is back on but that's a bit short and wide and Dhananjaya de Silva crunches a cut shot to the fence.
