After a fine opening partnership of 66, England were given a scare when Shadab came into the attack in the seventh over and claimed Bairstow and Banton with successive deliveries.

Eoin Morgan survived an lbw review second ball but his scintillating 66 from 33 balls with six fours and four sixes earns him the man of the match award.
