    Essex v Surrey 27-1 (target 337)

It's fairly overcast at Chelmsford this morning as Ryan Patel and Scott Borthwick resume Surrey's pursuit of 337.

Simon Harmer made a big breakthrough for Essex with the final ball of day three, removing Mark Stoneman.

The spinner could well be the key for the hosts' victory push today.
