2. Spirit fall from 80-1 to 103-9 off their 100 balls
3. Tammy Beaumont 42 off 34 balls; Heather Knight 34 off 29 balls for Spirit
4. Both teams still in contention

That was a real one-sided victory for Oval Incincibles who move up to second in the table.

"One or two wickets really flipped the game on its head, it goes to show how quickly the game can change.

"I feel like I didn't need to do too much, I hit the pockets and hit the sweepers. The girls who came in made it easy for me.

Kapp drives to long-on and Danielle Gibson, with a diving stop, fields well and stops the boundary. But Invincibles are just one shot away from victory.
