Chris Green just said on the radio: "I never know what to expect from Qais Ahmad's batting."

    So, this could be fun!

    WICKETpublished at 11 balls left

    Critchley c Rossington b Wheal (Fire 146-7)

Big swing, gets the edge and Critchley has to go. But it doesn't really matter that much in the context of the game, because Josh Cobb wants to be on strike for the last 10 balls.

Joe Cracknell will be praying that doesn't cost his team. He's new, he's come into the team. He will want to make up for that desperately.

  5. dropped catch

    What. A. Moment!!

It's a straightforward chance for Joe Cracknell, although it did go very high, but he's dropped it. How costly?!

Josh Cobb stands still and delivers. Important start to the set for the Welsh Fire.

Four more to Josh Cobb! Hammered down the ground.

This game is like a tennis match, going one way and then the next. I think it's advantage London Spirit after those wickets. Welsh Fire need boundaries.

  9. Fire 139-6published at 15 balls left

    Need 25 runs to win

Wicketkeeper Adam Rossington takes a ball on the knee which deflects towards the boundary but it's only a single.

Those last couple of wickets probably just shifted the momentum back to the Spirit.

    WICKETpublished at 17 balls left

    Higgins c Bopara b Cullen 8 (Fire 138-6)

Great catch! Big moment! He missed the ball before, but doesn't miss out on this one. Sliding along on his knees on the boundary, casual as you like.

    Who's winning this one?

  12. Fire 138-5published at 18 balls left

    Need 26 runs to win

Four more!! Ravi Bopara fielding on the boundary leaps, but it goes over his head!

Roelof van der Merwe has been forced to fire it in faster and he's been smashed away.

  14. 6 runs

Fire 134-5published at 20 balls left

    Need 30 runs to win

That'll help!! Smashed straight down the ground for six!

    Momentum back with the Fire?

  15. Fire 128-5published at 21 balls left

Lots of singles. Fire need a boundary or two ...

The game is really in the balance. 52% to 48% in favour of London Spirit. I think the loss of wickets might just cost Welsh Fire.

Ryan Higgins leaves his first ball. We didn't quite get the first century, but is that the first leave of The Hundred?

Good bit of captaincy, good bit of bowling from Mason Crane. It's a big wicket for London Spirit.
