Morgan was looking dangerous. He got the better of Fletcher in his last five but that was the perfect ball - full, straight, right on the toes.

Well, well, well! Luke Fletcher what a beauty!

Adopts voice of Fulton Mackay from Porridge: "Fleeetttchhhherrrr!".
Luke Fletcher with a full delivery, with a hint of swing maybe, and Morgan has himself in tangle and it strikes his pad.
No review. That was plumb.

I've got to give credit to Ryan Higgins. He's had two dropped catches off his bowling, but he's stuck to his plans and executed them well. You can tell from how he's bowling he's really thought about the dimensions of the ground, with the short straight boundaries and bigger ones square.
A good set for Ryan Higgins who has 1-14 off 15 balls. The pick of the Welsh Fire attack.

An incredible diving effort from David Lloyd out there.

Eoin Morgan is timing the ball beautifully.
And another...! Morgan goes over cow corner this time, dispatching Luke Fletcher for another maximum. The England skipper just able to get underneath these where mere mortals would struggle.
Eoin Morgan, that familiar low stance of his, is able to pick up a full one from Luke Fletcher and he creams it into the stands over mid-wicket.
Three balls later Morgan's bat speed turns a wide yorker into a full toss as he whacks Fletcher over his head for a one-bounce four.
And...
The stubbly Josh Inglis pokes one down the ground for a single off Qais Ahmad to get Eoin Morgan on strike. The Dubliner rotates the strike himself.
Ahmad bowls a little fuller and Inglis is on to it quickly and helps it round the corner for four more.

I'd love to see the best of Eoin Morgan tonight.
England limited-overs skipper Eoin Morgan off the mark first ball. He has the capacity to take the game away from Welsh Fire if he gets going.
