  1. Goodbye!published at 21:00 British Summer Time 20 August 2021

    Right, I'm off.

Matt Henry's take of Southern Brave's dominance is ready and waiting for you ahead of tomorrow's men's final at Lord's.

You can also catch up with how Oval Invincibles staged a dramatic comeback to reach the final of the women's tournament a little earlier.

We'll be back tomorrow. See you there.

  2. 'Our most complete performance'published at 20:56 British Summer Time 20 August 2021

Southern Brave captain James Vince on Sky Sports: "It was an easy night in the end. We weren't sure how the wicket would play, and George Garton took early wickets and it went as well it could from there. The bowlers did their job magnificently well. Paul Stirling got us to a good start too, and that made it easier.

"I've not played with a huge amount of the guys, or captained them, so it took a couple of games to get used to it. They set their own fields, and I'd like to take credit but they make their own calls.

"That is our most complete performance of the tournament so that is a good sign. Birmingham have been playing some good cricket, though, so tomorrow should be tougher than tonight was."

Anyway, on the subject of tomorrow's final - because it's England in August, there's obviously some rain forecast.

Here's how the day could work if the rain does arrive.

Sorry, I've somehow only just clocked that Southern Brave have won that with 32 balls left over.

  5. 'It was nice to put my hand up'published at 20:48 British Summer Time 20 August 2021

Match Hero George Garton on Sky Sports: "It is a great feeling. It was nice to put in a performance. We look for match winners and it was nice to put my hand up.

"We got off to a slow start, but that feels an age ago now. People don't really remember the early games. It is about getting on a roll in short-format cricket.

"Our bowling unit really put their hands up today, everybody performed really well. We've seen guys dovetail really well. The batting was top draw too.

"I've loved The Hundred. Any game on TV and being able to have fun and perform in a big game, it doesn't matter about the format of the colour of the ball, it is just good fun to do it."

George Garton is, unsurprisingly, the match hero for his frankly ridiculous spell of 3-18 from 20 balls.

They say batting wins you games and bowling wins you tournaments. And Brave's bowling attack can do that. They are world-class and I can't look past them as winners of the final tomorrow.

That is as emphatic a win as you could want.

That shows the value of having an experienced player staying in at one end. James Vince loves the big occasion and they absolutely deserve to be in that final after this performance.

Southern Brave were brilliant with the ball and with the bat, they were aggressive and have been dominant. They really deserve that win.

Can Southern Brave do the double tomorrow?

It's been a small run chase but I love that both teams have made it a spectacle.
