    Again, pace off...

Fantastic knock from Kohli. He was the perfect foil at 30-3 to get them into this situation where they could potentially get to 150.

    Kohli c Rizwan b Shaheen 57 (India 133-6)

    Kohli goes!

A slow bouncer from Shaheen, Kohli swipes but only gets an edge through to Rizwan, who has to leap to his right to claim the catch.

The only way to stop India getting 150 is to get wickets. Pakistan will want the wicket of one, ideally, both of Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya.

  6. India 132-5published at 16:37 British Summer Time 24 October 2021

What can Hardik Pandya do in the short time India have?

He can keep out a Shaheen yorker for starters, and not just keep it out - he edges it fine for a four!

That was a better length from Hasan. It wasn't so short Jadeja could stand up and slap it but not so full he could hit it down the ground.

    Jadeja c sub b Hasan 13 (India 125-5)

Jadeja goes after a slog into the leg side!

Credit to Hasan for not losing heart, he follows Jadeja a bit and the India batter can only lift the ball high and then into the hands of the substitute.

  9. India 125-4published at 16:32 British Summer Time 24 October 2021

Now Jadeja gets stuck in, pulling Hasan fine behind for a one-bounce four.

Pace off the ball from Rauf. Hasan Ali needs to follow that up. It was a fantastic over from Haris Rauf. I hope Hasan was watching and knows pace-off has had the most success.

  11. India 120-4published at 17.2 overs

    Here we go!

Hasan drops a tad short, Kohli rocks back and flips him up and over extra cover for four.

Kohli pushes Hasan for two and eases to a half century. Could do with a few more in these closing stages.

Superb stuff from Rauf - just four singles from the over.

Kohli looks a bit vexed as he fails to get Rauf's cunning slower deliveries away.

Once the dew gets into the seam you have to start bowling cross-seam because you have no control. It might be why Pakistan haven't bowled yorkers.

  17. India 113-4published at 16.3 overs

Here's Haris Rauf back into the attack, all the Pakistan attack have been excellent so far.

  18. India 108-4published at 15.4 overs

A sweetly timed drive through the off side has just enough on it for another four from Kohli off Hasan.

Kohli is such a tough proposition to bowl to.

Hasan Ali is back, but Kohli swats him away off a short one to the fine leg boundary.
