Were the stumps broken by the ball or the gloves? This is one of the more unusual run outs we have seen.

There was always going to be controversy wasn't there...
Axar Patel run out (Babar) 2 (Ind 31-4)
Gone!
He set off for a single, was sent back and on first viewing he looked safe. But, this is why they brought replays in, to settle these kinds of dismissals and off Axar goes.
I said anything could happen...
Mayhem! Axar is short of his ground but has the keeper broken the stumps without the ball?

The Pakistan fans are dancing in the aisles below the press box.
Is this their game to win now?
Target 160
Haris Rauf is haring in, bowling at well over 90 mph.
Axar Patel is next in, and at the end of the powerplay India are, to quote Homer Simpson, in deep, deep trouble.

That's an enormous wicket. India are in deep trouble.
Suryakumar Yadav c Rizwan b Rauf 15 (India 26-2)
HUGE wicket!
That delivery reared up and tracked into the batter, who edged it through to an ecstatic 'keeper above his head.
Target 160
A good, tight over from Naseem Shah, who makes one rear up at Virat off the final delivery. This pitch is not just a road and that target is getting trickier.

The forecast rain is nowhere in sight but the DLS par score is 34.
Pakistan on top?
Target 160
That target might have looked a bit 'meeehh', but it looks a tough prospect now with four overs and two batters gone.

It was that nice length at the top of the stumps with a bit of extra bounce, a bit of seam away from Rohit Sharma and a nice catch from Iftikhar Ahmed diving low to his right.
A huge wicket for Pakistan. India under the pump.
Great response from Suryakumar Yadav as he drives Haris Rauf back past the bowler for four first ball.
He gets three off the next - he looks in good touch.
Rohit Sharma c Iftikhar Ahmed b Rauf 4 (Ind 10-2)
Oh, what a catch!
The India skipper edges to the sole slip, and Iftikhar Ahmed dives low to his right to clutch a worldy just above the turf!

The advantage India have is if you look down the order you could argue any one of them is world class. So as good as Virat Kohli is he is one of six or seven really good players.
Shaheen comes around the wicket and slams the last delivery high onto Virat's back leg. There's a sort-of appeal but Babar is not interested in an appeal at all.
Replays reveal it bounced a long way over the stumps.
Target 160
Shaheen Shah Afridi v Virat Kohli is real box office stuff on paper, how will it pan out?
Well, the Indian batter essays a lovely drive through the covers but it's just two on this big outfield.
