It's starting to look like a bad decision to bat first.

Absolutely magnificent stuff from the Australian teenager!
Murshida b Brown 7 (Ban 11-2)
WOW! The stumps have been absolutely flattened.
This is the first ball that Darcie Brown has got on the stumps, and, my word, it's magnificent.
The ball goes between the bat and pad of Murshida Khatun, smashes into middle stump, flattening that and leg stump in the process.
Superb bowling.

This was a problem for Australia, they gave away too many wides against Pakistan and Ireland.
As you would expect, this has been a tidy start from Australia.
Megan Schutt does stray down the leg side to give away a wide, but otherwise she's on the money, testing the defence of the Bangladesh batters.
When you get to meet your heroes.
Interesting start from Darcie Brown.
She got that breakthrough but she was pretty wide throughout the over.
The 19-year-old surprisingly missed out on a WPL deal yesterday. She's a serious talent.

Shamima Sultana won't be happy with this, she slashed away hard but Beth Mooney took a fantastic catch. She wasn't going to drop that.
Shamima c Mooney b Brown 1 (Ban 7-1)
Good hands!
Short and wide from Darcie Brown and Shamima Sultana throws her hands at the cut shot.
She connects well and it whistles to Beth Mooney at point, but she sticks her hands above her head and takes the catch.
There was an effortless ease to the catch.

The last time these two teams played each other was in the 2020 World Cup so it's been a while.
Megan Schutt, who picked up £40,000 in the WPL auction yesterday, is very wide on the crease as she runs in to bowl. She gets plenty of swing so that may be an attempt to ensure she stays straight and doesn't stray.
Ooh. Streaky. Schutt floats one outside off stump and Murshida Khatun gets a thick edge between keeper and slip for four.

Australia are possibly the strongest women's side we have ever seen.
Time for cricket.
Right-arm pace bowler Megan Schutt is going to bowl the first over.
Wicketkeeper Shamima Sultana will face up.

It's a fantastic opportunity for Bangladesh to test their skills against one of the best teams in the world. I am particularly excited to see Marufa Akter bowling again.
Monday was a very profitable day for Australia players with 14 getting deals in the inaugural season of the Women's Premier League.
Such is the depth in Australia cricket, two of those players aren't even in their 15-strong squad for this tournament.
The big earner was all-rounder Ashleigh Gardner, who earned £320,000 from Gujarat Giants, fresh from taking five wickets in the opening group-game win over New Zealand.
Beth Mooney also earned £200,000, Ellyse Perry £170,000, Tahlia McGrath £140,000 and Meg Lanning £110,000.

It's an interesting decision for Bangladesh to bat first, not one that I was expecting. Maybe it is a used wicket and they want first use of it.
Bangladesh showed some promising moments but there were also some really bad moments in their defeat by Sri Lanka on Sunday.
A defeat tonight would leave their backs against the wall.
Australia may have lost their final warm-up against Ireland, but they were absolutely superb in their opening-game win over New Zealand.
They potentially left runs out there, but would have been happy to see captain Meg Lanning and opener Alyssa Healy in the runs.
Lanning's side were absolutely ruthless in the field with spinner Ash Gardner taking 5-12.
It was an ominous sign for the rest of the sides in the tournament.
Australia: Alyssa Healy (wk), Beth Mooney, Meg Lanning (capt), Ashleigh Gardner, Ellyse Perry, Grace Harris, Tahlia McGrath, Georgia Wareham, Alana King, Megan Schutt, Darcie Brown.
Bangladesh: Shamima Sultana (wk), Murshida Khatun, Sobhana Mostary, Nigar Sultana Joty (capt), Shorna Akter, Rumana Ahmed, Mst Ritu Moni, Nahida Akter, Fahima Khatun, Salma Khatun, Marufa Akter.
