  1. Fire 39-0published at 85 balls left

    Stevie Eskinazi is flying!

Another full toss from Milne is clubbed for four before he ramps the next ball over his shoulder for another boundary!

  2. Fire 31-0published at 87 balls left

Adam Milne is having a bit of a 'mare.

He bowls a front foot no-ball after the four, but the free hit is a wide which means he has to bowl it again.

And Eskinazi clubs it away for four.

  3. Fire 22-0published at 88 balls left

Oh, what a shot that is!

Eskinazi shuffles across his stumps and almost reverse paddles Adam Milne for four, staying upright but just twisting his bat slightly in his hands and using the pace to help it on its way.

  4. 6 runs

Fire 16-0published at 90 balls left

    Target 113

It's a change of opening partnership for Welsh Fire as Stevie Eskinazi joins Joe Clarke instead of Luke Wells.

And after a scratchy start, he slams Kane Richardson over mid-wicket for six.

Phoenix have to be clinical here. They didn't have many dot balls in their innings but they only ticked over with ones and twos. They need to squeeze Fire's batters here.

  6. Fire 5-0published at 95 balls left

    Target 113

Adam Milne starts nicely with the ball, getting some decent swing, but four byes past a diving keeper get Welsh Fire's run chase under way.

It's a low total but Phoenix have got a very decent bowling attack themselves.

Benny Howell with all his tricks and variations could be crucial on a pitch like this.

Welsh Fire will be beginning their chase of 113 shortly.

That’s a great bowling performance from the Fire. Roelof van der Merwe is pure box office. What a player!

Liam Livingstone's 28 from 20 balls was Phoenix's top score on a pitch that looks to be favouring the bowlers.

Roelof van der Merwe, Haris Rauf and David Payne took two wickets each with one for Shaheen Shah Afridi.

  10. Phoenix 112-7published at 100 balls

David Payne masterfully closes out the innings with some canny variations, and finishes with an impressive 2-11.

Welsh Fire need 113 to win.

  11. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 96 balls

    Mousley c Green b Payne 10 (Phoenix 109-7)

I was just about to say that I'm surprised Roelof van der Merwe hasn't bowled his full 20, but David Payne proves me completely wrong by striking with his first ball back.

Dan Mousley tries to go big, but Payne expertly takes the pace off and the ball lands safely in the hands of Ben Green at long-off.

  12. Phoenix 109-6published at 95 balls

It's difficult to tell whether the pitch has been tricky to bat on, or if Phoenix just haven't batted very well.

The ball doesn't seem to be coming on to the bat very easily.

  13. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 92 balls

    Shadab c & b Shaheen (Phoenix 106-6)

    Shaheen strikes!

He gets the wicket of his Pakistan team-mate with a full toss that probably should've been hit for six, to be honest.

Shadab Khan takes his eye off the ball and it flies high in the air for Shaheen to take a simple catch.

How's this for a rebound catch?!

  15. Phoenix 106-5published at 90 balls

He almost has two in two, getting one to just brush Pakistan team-mate Shadab Khan's glove but it doesn't carry through to the keeper.

The pair share a friendly chat at the end of his five balls.

Rauf finishes a fine spell of 2-20.

  16. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 86 balls

    Livingstone b Rauf 28 (Phoenix 103-5)

    He can!

Haris Rauf gets the huge wicket of Liam Livingstone!

A slower ball completely baffles Livingstone and he's cleaned up, going through the shot way too early.

Rauf gets down on one knee and gives a huge fist bump celebration too, surrounded by his team-mates.

Haris Rauf is back to bowl his last five balls.

Can he produce a bit more magic?

  18. Phoenix 103-4published at 85 balls

Shaheen Afridi bowling to Liam Livingstone is as exciting a match-up as you'll see.

The bowler starts well, frustrating him with just singles, before he gets his yorker wrong and Livingstone whacks a full toss for four.

    That brings up Phoenix's 100.

He'll be hoping for a few more of these, though.

  20. Phoenix 95-4published at 80 balls

That five balls had a bit of everything.

A no-ball, a free hit that Liam Livingstone can only take a single from, and a stunning boundary save from the ever-impressive Glenn Phillips.

Phoenix are set for a big finish from their last 20. They'll be delighted that Livingstone is still there for this phase of the game.
