  1. dropped catch

Villiers dropped on 0published at 36 balls left

Ooh! Almost a brilliant return catch from Georgia Wareham.

Villiers drives at her first ball and offers a catch to Wareham, who moves well to her left but at full stretch the ball falls out.

    Unlucky!

    Scholfield c Smith b Wareham 11 (Invincibles 68-4)

    Another soft dismissal.

Paige Scholfield had found the gap in the covers to pick up a boundary so Georgia Wareham pulls her length back.

Scholfield is able to rock onto the back foot and pull but picks out Linsey Smith on the square-leg boundary. It's a really simple catch.

    Invincibles are in trouble.

It's getting tricky for double champions Oval Invincibles now.

They are struggling to find the boundary. That's going to have to change.

They need two a ball from the remaining 40 deliveries now.

Here's the truly bizarre dismissal of Alice Capsey.

Why didn't she try and make her ground?

Look at that smile on Bess Heath's face too. She knows she got away with one.

  5. Invincibles 57-3published at 45 balls left

    Need 87 more

Another good set for Northern Superchargers with just four runs conceded.

Invincibles aren't far off from needing 10 per set now.

    Target 144

Superchargers are doing a really good job in the field. They look a good unit this year.

The pressure is building on Invincibles. They need 91 off 50 balls.

  7. Invincibles 50-3published at 55 balls left

Is that the reliever that Suzie Bates needs?

Grace Ballinger strays onto her pads and the Kiwi batter is able to flick away to the square-leg boundary.

She's still only on 11 off 15 balls, though.

Ballinger finishes with 0-21 from her 20 balls.

  13. wicket

Capsey st Heath b Wareham 13 (Invincibles 38-2)

    A truly weird wicket.

Alice Capsey looks to come down the pitch and work Georgia Wareham over the top but she misses.

Bess Heath doesn't gather cleanly though, at the first or second attempt, but Capsey makes absolutely no attempt to get back.

She's expecting Heath to just complete the stumping, and the keeper is able to crawl to the stumps and tap leg stump, with Capsey still half way down the wicket, walking back to the knockout.

Heath has a little laugh and smile on her face.

It is Alice Capsey's 19th birthday today.

    Winfield-Hill c Cross b Davidson-Richards 19 (Invincibles 23-1)

    Alice Davidson-Richards strikes first ball.

The slower does the trick for Northern Superchargers with Lauren Winfield-Hill only able to chip to Kate Cross at mid-on, who takes a simple catch.

Alice Capsey is the new batter.

  18. Invincibles 23-0published at 86 balls left

    Salt meet the wound.

Lauren Winfield-Hill clubs the free hit to the boundary back down the ground.

    No mercy there.

  19. Invincibles 19-0published at 87 balls left

    Oh wow!

Grace Ballinger has bowled Lauren Winfield-Hill and there are wild celebrations in the Superchargers camp.

    But it's a huge no-ball!

She's about an inch and a half over the crease line.

Could that be a big moment?

  20. Invincibles 16-0published at 90 balls left

    Target 144

    A busier set of five!

Lauren Winfield-Hill plinks a drive up in the air and Grace Ballinger at mid-on completely misjudges it and it ends up just clearing her head.

Winfield-Hill responds by crashing a wide ball to the fence, before she shovels a flick into mid-wicket.

A streaky boundary follows with an inside edge just missing leg stump before it runs away.

    Cross is unlucky there.
