    Peter Wright has been the form man of 2017. The 47-year-old claimed his maiden major title at the UK Open in March, just a couple of days after averaging 119.50 in the Premier League.

    The Scot is confident of adding to his seven titles so far this year.

    "I've seen these great guys win it in recent years and I want to be one of those great guys too," he said.

    "I've learned a lot over the years and I know how to beat people now, especially Michael because he's the man we all want to beat."

    And the 56-year-old has been in a relaxed mood beforehand.

    "Getting into the top four has been the aim all year so I'm delighted to have got through and I'd love to go on and win this now, but there's no pressure on me," the Stoke thrower said.

    "I've approached the whole season in the same way and I'll go up there to enjoy myself. It would be fantastic if I could win this title again, the perfect way to finish in the Premier League.”
