Here's a cheeky look at the trackside media area, where accredited broadcasters can put a reporter to interview athletes. It's about 10m beyond the finish line.

Furthest on the right is where Channel 4 and Sonja McLaughlan are stationed. Next to them are Japanese broadcasters NHK and then there's BBC Radio 5 live.

And behind them is a gantry for the IAAF World Championships in August, when there will be loads more press and athletes will have to run the gauntlet of microphones.

  7. Double bronze medallist Lyle targets improvementpublished at 19:44 British Summer Time 20 July 2017

Seventeen-year-old Maria Lyle picked up two bronze medals - in the women's 100m and 200m T35 - but has targeted an improvement for future competitions.

Speaking after winning bronze in the 100m on Wednesday, the Scot, who had been struggling with a fascia injury, said: "Definitely for next season I need to step up my game, but I'm pleased with myself as last week I was preparing myself that I would not be able to run.

"Considering the injury I have had, I'm really pleased to come out and get a medal."

You can watch the full interview with Lyle here.

Women's 200m T53 - Sammi Kinghorn wins bronze (on Wednesday)

Right, as promised, now you can watch an interview with Great Britain's Sammi Kinghorn, who says people underestimate the power of a home crowd.

The 21-year-old Scot won a gold medal earlier in the championships in the women's 200m T53 and followed that with a bronze in the 400m event last night.

But first, back to the track and it is bad news for Great Britain's Zac Shaw as he won't be in tomorrow's T12 200m final, despite finishing second in his semi-final race.

He needed to be the fastest loser from the three semis, but the runner-up in the other two races have gone quicker.

It's the same result as in his 100m campaign earlier in the week.

  18. Angry Shaw aims for final placepublished at 19:14 British Summer Time 20 July 2017

    Men's 200m T12 semi-finals (19:15 BST)

Zac Shaw hopes his failure to make the men's 100m T12 final can spur him on to qualify for the main event of the 200m category.

The 21-year-old visually impaired sprinter set a new personal best of 22.73 seconds as he won his heat yesterday to qualify for today's semi-finals, with a place in tomorrow's final up for grabs.

"I had to work hard for that one," said Shaw after his heat. "I came off the bend in a good position and halfway down the straight it was very close.

"I ran that race very angry. I was so disappointed not to do my best in the 100m."

  19. What the classifications meanpublished at 19:12 British Summer Time 20 July 2017

Each athletics event is given a code, made up of one letter and two numbers, which is called a classification. It tells you more about the type of disability the athletes in that event have.

    • The first letter will either be T or F: T is for track (running and jumping events) and F is for field (throwing events).
    • The first number, from 1 to 5, tells you the impairment type: 1. Visual impairment 2. Intellectual impairment 3. Co-ordination impairment 4. Limb deficiencies and short stature 5. Impaired muscle power or range of movement.
    • The second number ranges from 1 to 8 and designates the level of impairment, with 1 being the most impaired.
