Experts compile a database which reveals the words most frequently used to describe countries at the World Cup using a range of media sources.
England's most frequent descriptions are "exciting", "inexperienced" and "disappointing" while Brazil are "emotional", "popular" and "desperate".
World Cup finalists Argentina are "confident", "unconvincing" and have "flair" while Germany are "powerful", "focused" and "committed".
Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri signs a new five-year contract with the Premier League club.
Nasri, 27, who joined from Arsenal in 2011, tells the club website: "I'm 27 now and if you listen to some of the best managers in the game, they say that a midfield player's best years are between 27 and 30 so I hope that I will give my best years to City.

Stoke City manager Mark Hughes believes the reputation of the national football centre at St George's Park is growing in football circles.
The Potters are using the centre for pre-season tests.
