Anyone fancy an upset?
Stoke v Wrexham, Dover v Crystal Palace, AFC Wimbledon v Liverpool, West Brom v Gateshead, Oxford or Tranmere v Swansea, Derby v Southport.
Blyth Spartans captain Stephen Turnbull on his side's home draw with Championship Birmingham: "It was a bit of an anti-climax! I wanted Manchester United to be honest. We will just have to give it our best shot."
Accrington Stanley v Manchester United? The poorest supported team in the Football League might just win some extra fans if they can see off Yeovil in a second round replay.
The first two teams out were Arsenal v Hull, a repeat of the 2014 FA Cup final, which Arsenal won 3-2 in extra-time.
Hull City manager Steve Bruce on BBC Two: "It's quite remarkable. As soon as I walked in everyone was telling me we had drawn Arsenal in the rehearsal, so to do it again in the main draw is a shock. Let's hope it is as good as the final was."
Hull defender Curtis Davies on his side's draw against Arsenal: "I guess it was just meant to be, with it happening in rehearsal and the draw being in Hull. Alan Shearer will have to take the plaudits for this. We will have to go there and just give them a good game."
They'll be dancing on the streets of Dover! Premier League Crystal Palace are coming to town. And what about Arsenal v Hull, a repeat of last season's final and one of several all-Premier League ties. Other include Burnley v Tottenham, Leicester v Newcastle and Everton v West Ham.
Ties are to be played between 3-6 January.
