Here goes. Everton to have the first kick. Kevin Mirallas steps forward.
Four goals, penalties not given, one man sent off and team-mates having to be pulled apart. This cup tie has had it all. And now we have a penalty shootout. The FA Cup...what drama.
And it's penalties at Molineux too. Drama to the last in the FA Cup this evening.
Two hundred and ten minutes and still all square. We're going to penalties. Catch your breath. This isn't over.
And McCormack scores! Incredible drama - a successful penalty that surely means a penalty shootout.
What on earth were Mark Noble and James Tomkins playing at? Play continues and Carlton Cole stabs another chance wide.
Handball! Penalty to Fulham in the last minute! Ross McCormack to take...
Not for the first time, Joel Robles produces a fine save to keep out Morgan Amalfitano. Then extraordinary scenes. West Ham team-mates Mark Noble and James Tomkins have to be pulled apart by Kevin Nolan.
Chesterfield are heading for a tie with Derby County as Sam Clucas curls his second of the game.
It is an absolute beauty.
Romelu Lukaku latches on to the ball before running at the Hammers defence. He goes past one man. And another. He lines up a shot. Just wide...
This has been terrific entertainment. There's three minutes of extra time remaining and still we don't know who is going through. Get ready for penalties.
It's all West Ham. Everton's 10 men are defending for their lives. Another corner. Andy Carroll leaps high above the Toffees defence but can't steer his header on target.

"A deep corner to the far post and it's knocked back down into the six-yard box. It hits Carlton Cole on the shin and is in the back of the net. Everton's valiant defensive display has been breached. What a cup tie."
You couldn't make this up. One minute and 40 seconds after coming on as a sub, Carlton Cole stabs West Ham level after James Tomkins heads a corner into his path. What a cracking tie.
As it stands, Wolves are minutes away from a fourth-round tie at Sunderland, Everton are heading to Bristol City and it looks like Chesterfield will be making the short journey to Derby.
West Ham are in serious trouble. So who are they going to call? Here comes Carlton Cole.
A terrific cup tie has yet another twist. Danny Batth strides forward from halfway and crosses the ball in for Dave Edwards - brought on as a half-time substitute - to finish at the near post for his second goal. Will it be enough?
Free kick to Everton on the edge of the West Ham area. It looks a penalty as Kevin Mirallas, who has been outstanding, knocks the ball past James Tomkins and falls over inside the box but referee Neil Swarbrick is not interested. A huge call.
