"I just feel Arsenal are running with it too much, they need to pass it more. With Welbeck, they've got a match-winner in this game. Get the ball to him and he can punish United down the middle."

Steven in Manchester: I honestly can't remember the last time Fellaini won a free kick. He gets pushed and pulled all over but because of his size it seems referee's aren't willing to give anything. Noticed it's a problem Peter Crouch has as well.

Adebayo Akinfenwa can't buy a free-kick in the lower leagues Steve. The big men find it hard

Martin Keown is getting plenty of stick for his defending during that goal from Ryan Giggs in 1999...

Richard Fawcett: Probably the best attacking first half performance I've seen by #ManUtd under #LVG but still look shaky defensively

Ravi Shah: Would be nice if they had a draw. Both teams play a replay would be good.

Peter Neal: Di Maria looks a different player from recent weeks with United playing with pace. Rooney has to play up front every week.

"I don't think Arsene Wenger will be happy. For me as a forward player, when they are playing nice, it's nice. But the main focal point [Mesut Ozil] isn't doing enough and I don't think Arsenal are keeping the ball well enough."

Who's going to argue with Roy Keane? Not me.

Let's hope for more of the same after the break though. We don't want another draw or a replay.

"I think we'll see more of the same in the second half. The mentality of the attacking players on the pitch, that will just suit United. I think United have just got a touch more quality going forward."

Phil Neville thinks Michael Carrick is coming on at the break. Calm it down a touch?

"When Wayne Rooney's up on his own through the middle, he's as good as anyone else in the game there. He's got the quality and the ability to finish in those positions. I think the manager's been trying to prove a point over the last month or so playing him out of position."

"I'd like to see Danny Welbeck hold the ball up a little bit more. Maybe he's a bit nervous."

    Alan Shearer
    BBC One

"It is an absolute no brainer to have Wayne Rooney up front, and not in midfield."

    Roy Keane
Match of the Day, BBC Sport

"I was looking at that Arsenal goal from the defending point of view and the lack of character and commitment shown is just woeful. The lads have just downed tools there. It's an absolute schoolboy error and United have given Arsenal so much time and freedom there. That was shocking and absolutely disgraceful."

Mich in Leeds: Danny Welbeck's performance has been the perfect example of why Man Utd sold him.

"I'm surprised Wojciech Szczesny is back in. He looks a bag of nerves. His kicking hasn't been great and there was one incident when he put his team in a world of trouble."

  16. Postpublished at 20:37 Greenwich Mean Time 9 March 2015

Excellent and liberal use of 'disgraceful' from Roy Keane as he analyses Manchester United's defending for Arsenal's goal.

    Phil Neville
    BBC Radio 5 live

"I thought it was a real entertaining first half. Arsenal have just shaded it for me with the movement in midfield."

    Roy Keane
Match of the Day, BBC Sport

"It's been a decent game, nice and open. Plenty to enjoy for the supporters, but the managers won't be too happy as it's too open at times. Good thing United got the equaliser so quickly as it was a shocking goal to concede."

Manchester United had six attempts on goal, Arsenal five. End-to-end stuff at times.
