The chances are flowing more freely than the champagne at a swanky Turin bar tonight. Cristiano Ronaldo thumps a lazy free-kick into the home wall, then James Rodriguez sloppily gives away possession, allowing Sevilla to break on the counter. Argentine midfielder Ever Banega tears down the right flank, but cannot pick out a fellow white shirt with a low cross.

The eyes of Jose Antonio Reyes light up as a poor Madrid defensive header bounces invitingly towards him about 15 yards out. But thankfully for the away team, it falls on his less-favoured right foot. The ex-Arsenal striker scoops over the away goal, but it has been a bright start to the second half from the hosts.

Having made six changes, Pep Guardiola's Bayern Munich suffer only their third defeat of the season at the hands of Bayer Leverkusen. Hakan Calhanoglu put Leverkusen ahead with a free-kick, and Julian Brandt's goal on the break late on made the points safe. The Bundesliga champions have bigger fish to fry, though, with the first leg of their Champions League semi-final with Guardiola's old club Barcelona to come on Wednesday.

Sevilla need at least one goal but with Real's attacking threat you would hedge your bets that they will need more than one to even nab a point.
