    I was expecting to report on a score where I had to spell it out in letters for emphasis.

    Alas, it was just a single Jill Scott header that won it for England.

    But they end the year with a win. And what a year it's been for the women's game.

    It's wet and heavy out there and everyone looks knackered because of it.
