"Quique Flores has been at eight different clubs in 12 seasons and Watford haven’t hung about with changing managers either, so it doesn’t look like a marriage made in heaven," the former Scotland international tells5 live Sport. 

"But oddly enough when you hear him talking, it sounds like both parties seem to have settled down a little bit. That might be a good thing for Watford."
