We've had some other good performances but not across the two halves. I thought today we managed the game very well. I think we executed the game plan well, we showed we were strong and there we some quality individual performances.

We've got a great bunch of lads and a great squad, but we need to pick up consistency. We've just got to keep performances like this going and I think we'll be there or thereabouts.

There can't be too many complaints. What this game shows is that Derby's investment has been paying off and Wolves' lack of investment is showing up.

"Admittedly, Wolves have not had their share of luck this afternoon. Derby's former Wolves defender Jason Shackell clearly blocked Adam Le Fondre's goal-bound shot with his elbow, the home side's second goal could have been chalked off as Chris Martin levered himself into the air off Kortney Hause's shoulders and Bradley Johnson knew little about the third goal, which just hit him.

"But the visitors have generally been second best. And few would argue that the Rams deserve all three points."
