Championship
Derby climb to second place after Tom Ince scored his fourth goal in two games to seal a 1-0 win at Ipswich. Paul Clement's side replace Brighton, who surrendered their unbeaten league record after going down 3-0 at home to leaders Middlesbrough earlier in the day.
Hull missed a chance to go third, the Tigers losing 2-0 to a Rotherham side who stemmed a three-game losing streak as Joe Newell added to a first-half penalty from Lee Frecklington. Scott Arfield inspired Burnley to a first win in six games with two goals as they beat Charlton 4-0.
Brentford made it 12 games unbeaten against teams in the bottom half with a comfortable 4-2 victory over Huddersfield. Bottom side Bolton were five minutes away from a first victory in 16 attempts until Ross McCormack levelled for Fulham.
Nottingham Forest beat MK Dons 2-1 thanks to early goals from Nelson Oliveira and Ryan Mendez, and it's three straight draws for new QPR boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, whose side failed to hold onto the lead at Bristol City.
Man Utd 1-2 Norwich
Ted, Salford: Mourinho for United? With his contempt for rules, for decency and, his contempt for bringing through youth players, his disdain for attacking football, his win-at-all-costs philosophy? It would be the final nail in the coffin of a once great club.

Leicester top at Christmas
Everton 1-3 Leicester
Mark Lawrenson
Former Liverpool defender at Goodison Park for 5 live Sport
"It was a really entertaining game and very, very open. You can't miss a heartbeat.
"The pace is everywhere in the Leicester team. Once they run at you they find space and they are so very difficult to play against.
"It's that pace on the break, and their finishing, which is why they are top of the league at the moment. And I think they look like the only team trying to win it!"

Everton 2-3 Leicester
Leicester were bottom of the table last Christmas, but will tuck into their (calorie-controlled, nutritionally balanced) dinner on Christmas Day top of the pile.
What a year!

Chris Sutton

"Chelsea made the right decision at the right time to sack Jose Mourinho, but watching that today he will be feeling robbed. They did not play like that for him."
Salomon Rondon
What are you doing?
Salomon Rondon leans into Bournemouth's Adam Smith with his head and sends him tumbling.
The Baggies are down to nine.

Leo Ulloa is in on the counter, he comes inside and Tim Howard saves well!
Man Utd 1-2 Norwich
What a win for Norwich! More home woe for Manchester United.
Southampton 0-2 Tottenham
Man Utd 1-2 Norwich
What a chance! Manchester United lamp it downfield, Chris Smalling is in behind, he can head it home or lay it off to Wayne Rooney but instead he heads wide!
Stoke 1-2 Crystal Palace
Stoke are pushing for another leveller. Xherdan Shaqiri has a shot blocked...
