Karim Benzema returns for Real Madrid and starts alongside Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo. James Rodriguez, who like Benzema and Bale has had injury problems, also starts.
Lionel Messi is on the bench for Barcelona, with youngster Sergi Roberto getting a Clasico start.
So Barcelona must have really missed Lionel Messi while he was out.
Well, whisper it, but not really. Luis Suarez has scored eight goals in as many games without Messi and Neymar has hit 10.
In fact there are now suggestions that Neymar might be the best player in the world - above Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Spanish football writer Andy West has looked into the topic for us, and here are his findings.

That was the last chance of the game - Juventus win.

Free-kick to Juventus, who look like they're taking the ball to the corner. But Alex Sandro has other ideas and squares the ball to Mario Mandzukic, who blazes over a woeful effort from inside the box.
INJURY TIME
Three minutes added on.
Post update
Milan don't really look like levelling here - Juventus on the attack as we approach injury time.
SUBSTITUTION
Actually maybe M'Baye Niang wasn't OK, he's just been replaced by Keisuke Honda.
Five minutes for one of AC Milan's talented attacking players to level this one up.
Post update
Juventus defender Stephan Lichtsteiner tries to volley home Alex Sandro's cross at the far post but he's tackled by M'Baye Niang's desperate last-ditch saving tackle.
Both players go down injured but they recover.
El Clasico stat
Neymar has scored in his last four competitive games for Barcelona in all competitions (six goals).
SUBSTITUTION
Juventus bring off their goalscorer Paulo Dybala for Alvaro Morata. Not a bad sub to have on the bench - Real Madrid could have done with him earlier.
Post update
Juventus defender Andrea Barzagli breaks and has a go but it's an awful effort from outside the box, miles wide.
The hosts have definitely been the better side, but Milan are still in this.

As things stand, Juventus are up to sixth - above AC Milan - and are only six points below the top three after turning around their abysmal start.
SUBSTITUTION
AC Milan bring off Juraj Kucka moments after I praise him, former Shakhtar Donetsk striker Luiz Adriano replaces him.
Post update
AC Milan's Juraj Kucka controls a cross on his chest but volleys over from 12 yards out. I've not seen too much of the Slovak this season, but he's looked decent today.
El Clasico stat
Luis Suarez has scored or assisted in his three games against Real Madrid (three goals, one assist).
Post update
Seconds later, Paulo Dybala tries to make it 2-0 but his shot from 25 yards is saved by AC Milan keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
The Juventus forward seems to have hurt himself.
GOAL - Juventus 1-0 AC Milan
Paulo Dybala
Finally, something to write about. A great goal from Juventus' summer signing. Alex Sandro plays a one-two with Paul Pogba, who plays a brilliant return ball. Sandro crosses it in from the left and Paulo Dybala chests the ball before smashing his volley home.
Post update
Just realised 16-year-old Gianluigi Donnarumma is literally half my age.
Sad face
Post update
Paul Pogba's ambitious effort from distance is tipped around the post by Gianluigi Donnarumma and the AC Milan child keeper punches the corner away to safety.
Post update
The ball rolls to AC Milan boss Sinisa Mihajlovic, who flicks the ball up in his polished black shoes and does a few keepy-ups. Was just missing one of his trademark 30-yard piledriver free-kicks.
Post update
El Clasico stat
There has been an average of 4.3 goals per game in the last nine league El Clasico encounters at Santiago Bernabeu.
Post update
Second half has been a bit more lively than the first and Juventus sub Alex Sandro cuts inside and fires an effort just high and wide.
YELLOW CARD
Juventus defender Stephan Lichtsteiner is booked for fouling M'Baye Niang near the halfway line.
PENALTY APPEAL
AC Milan's Giacomo Bonaventura wants a penalty as he is fouled by Leonardo Bonucci, who has only been on the pitch for seconds. But it's called back for a free out for a foul on Stefano Sturaro by M'Baye Niang, who headed the ball down to Bonaventura.
Lucky escape for Juventus.
KICK-OFF - Juventus 0-0 AC Milan
Second half is now under way.
SUBSTITUTION
Juventus bring on defender Leonardo Bonucci for midfielder Hernanes at half-time.
Post update

HALF-TIME - Juventus 0-0 AC Milan
Half-time at the Juventus Stadium. Not a classic.
Chaos in Athens derby
The game between Panathinaikos and Olympiakos was called off before kick-off. A flare thrown onto the pitch exploded near an Olympiakos player. The champions refused to play and after an hour-long delay the game was called off.
That sparked a pitch invasion with fans fighting with police and ripping up seats.
Richard has attached a video of the chaos which you can see if you click on his tweet.
Post update
Paul Pogba fires an effort over from the edge of the box. Not sure he's hit the heights this season so far. A metaphor for Juventus' season perhaps.
El Clasico stat
Luis Suarez's first goal came after a build-up of 24 passes; the most for a La Liga goal in 2015-16 (24 passes).
SUBSTITUTION
Juventus bring off Patrice Evra, who has picked up a knock, and Alex Sandro comes on to replace him.
Post update
Barcelona's president is a happy man, unsurprisingly.
Post update
Claudio Marchisio has a go from 25 yards for Juventus but it's well saved by AC Milan keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, who wears number 99.
Post update
Roma missed the chance to go top of Serie A today as Mattia Destro's 87th-minute penalty rescued a 2-2 draw for Bologna.
Adam Masina gave Bologna the lead but Bosnian pair Miralem Pjanic and Edin Dzeko scored a penalty each to put Roma ahead.
They are now level on points at the top with Inter Milan and Fiorentina, who are both in action tomorrow.
Post update
Giacomo Bonaventura's free-kick for AC Milan is poor and it's straight into the wall. There really isn't much to tell you about in this game.
El Clasico stat
Real Madrid keeper Keylor Navas, formerly of Albacete and Levante, has conceded 13 goals in his four games against Barcelona in La Liga, more than versus any other club.

Just when Real Madrid think it can't get any worse. Substitute Isco absolutely boots Neymar from behind. Straight red. Really stupid play. Real have lost their heads.

Real Madrid want a penalty as Dani Alves has his arms around Cristiano Ronaldo in the box - and they're a bit unlucky not to get it.
Poor lamb, Dani, probably just wanted a hug.

Barcelona defender Javier Mascherano is down injured after James Rodriguez caught him with a follow-through boot.
The former West Ham reserve midfielder is fit to come back on though, to Barca's relief.

Andres Iniesta plays a fantastic ball over the top to Sergi Roberto, but Marcelo holds him off and stops him getting a shot in. The Spaniard pulls it back to Ivan Rakitic, whose shot is blazed over.
Worrying times for Rafa Benitez, who has not lost a home match in the league at Real Madrid yet.

GOAL - Real Madrid 0-1 Barcelona
Luis Suarez
The 18th Barcelona La Liga goal in a row scored by either Neymar or Suarez. Sergi Roberto, starting ahead of Lionel Messi, plays a brilliant through ball to Luis Suarez, who hits it first time from 16 yards out.

Cristiano Ronaldo knocks the ball past Javier Mascherano and gets it on the other side but his shot, from a wide angle, is parried away by Claudio Bravo in Barcelona's goal.

It's an open game and at the other end Karim Benzema is denied by a tackle moments after Neymar's shot.

First chance of the game as Jordi Alba plays the ball into Luis Suarez, who lays the ball off for Neymar but the Brazilian fires over.

Barcelona defender Gerard Pique is getting a lot of boos from the home crowd, presumably because of his pro-Catalan independence stance. More understandable today than when it happens while he's playing for Spain.

Neymar gets the ball in an attacking position for the first time but the Brazilian, in the form of his life, gets his cross all wrong and it goes out for a goal-kick.

Corner comes to nothing but Real are building a decent spell of possession. And as I write that Karim Benzema sees the ball fly past him and out for a throw-in.

Cristiano Ronaldo tries a trick and the ball comes off Barcelona defender Gerard Pique. The first corner of the day.

Sergio Ramos clatters Luis Suarez in the opening minute. Referee talks to him, I suspect that would be a yellow card if it wasn't in the first few seconds.

Neville tipping Real to win
Phil Neville
Valencia assistant boss on BBC Radio 5 live
"I fancy Real Madrid. There is a lot of pressure on them at the moment in Spain. Rafael Benitez is coming under pressure but I think he has got them playing in a really tight defensive way.
"Barca haven’t been firing on all cylinders without Lionel Messi and I think it is a game Real Madrid have to win. I’ve got a sneaky feeling for Real Madrid.
“Neymar has been sensational in Messi’s absence. He is getting up to that level of Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi. He’s not quite there yet, but he is playing consistently well. In the past his performances have been up and down but now he has got that consistency he is world class. They’ve missed Messi – you need that world-class player to win you these sort of games.”

At least 1,000 police will be present, plus 1400 private security guards.

There will also be a minute's silence before each La Liga game.

Is Neymar the new king?
So Barcelona must have really missed Lionel Messi while he was out.
Well, whisper it, but not really. Luis Suarez has scored eight goals in as many games without Messi and Neymar has hit 10.
In fact there are now suggestions that Neymar might be the best player in the world - above Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Spanish football writer Andy West has looked into the topic for us, and here are his findings.
Is Messi starting?
A lot of the build-up to this game has centered around whether Lionel Messi would start or not.
Sidelined for nine games with a knee injury, the Barcelona legend returned to training this week.
There was a lot of speculation he'd be on the bench, but yesterday Barca manager Luis Enrique said he would decide one hour before kick-off.
And decide he has. Messi is.............................................
on the bench.
