    Chelsea 3-3 Everton

What a match! Having scored an own goal earlier, John Terry rescues a point for Chelsea in the eighth minute of additional time - although he looked offside it has to be said. Another astonishing twist in the most dramatic of matches. And all this after a tedious first 45 minutes.

"If Ramiro Funes Mori hadn't scored Lukaku was standing by and the Chelsea defenders were static.

"I'm looking at Ivanovic and Zouma - you can't gamble in that situation and assume the ball is going behind. They have conceded and now they're going to lose."

  5. Everton score in stoppage timepublished at 90 mins

    Chelsea 2-3 Everton

High drama right at the end as substitute Ramiro Funes Mori scores from close range to surely clinch the points for Everton after Gerard Deulofeu's deep cross. Chelsea are stunned.

    Chelsea 2-2 Everton

Two minutes of normal time remaining. This is a result neither side really wanted. If the score stays like this, Chelsea  will have won just one in five in the Premier League since Guus Hiddink returned while Everton will be without a win in four league games.

"If this game ends up as a win for either team it'll be Chelsea. But Costa going off is a big blow for them - he looked quite badly injured."

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 82 mins

    Chelsea 2-2 Everton

Bad news for Chelsea as Diego Costa limps off and is replaced by Loic Remy. Double substitution by Everton at the same time - Deulofeu and Pienaar on for Lennon and Barkley.

  10. 'Chelsea have woken up'published at 16:38 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2016

    Chelsea 2-2 Everton

    Shay Given
Stoke City & Republic of Ireland goalkeeper on Final Score

"Chelsea have woken up. For Everton coming here they would be happy with a point but being 2-0 up, they will be disappointed to give that away. On Cesc Fabregas' goal, if you do not buy a ticket, then you don't win the raffle - the reflection gives Tim Howard no chance."

  11. GREAT SAVE!published at 76 mins

    Chelsea 2-2 Everton

End to end stuff. Diego Costa misses from six yards after getting his feet in a tangle before Everton go up the other end - Thibaut Courtois producing a fabulous stop to deny Kevin Mirallas when he was clean through.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 72 mins

    Chelsea 2-2 Everton

Bad news for Everton. Bryan Oviedo is carried off on a stretcher after a challenge with Chelsea substitute Kenedy. Ramiro Funes Mori is on.

  13. Baines behind both Everton goalspublished at 16:25 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2016

    Chelsea 2-2 Everton

His team may have been pegged back but it has been a typically all-action performance down the left flank by Everton's Leighton Baines, who has made more touches than anyone else on the pitch so far, and also provided the crosses for both his side's goals.

The England international is already the defender with the most assists in Premier League history and has another to his name after setting up Kevin Mirallas to make it 2-0.

Sadly for Baines, he does not get an assist for John Terry's own goal. That, rather harshly, goes down as an unsuccessful cross.

"Chelsea simply don't deserve to be level. Fabregas got lucky with the deflection, and Howard had no chance."

  15. Two goals in two minutespublished at 68 mins

    Chelsea 2-2 Everton

Chelsea are back from the dead as Cesc Fabregas's shot takes a huge deflection and beats Tim Howard. Few people inside Stamford Bridge forecast this drama after a dull first 45 minutes. Four goals in the space of 16 minutes... will there be a fifth?
