Reading v Huddersfield (20:00 GMT)
This may not be vintage news for any fans making their way to the Mad Stad...
Bolton v Eastleigh (20:00 GMT)
Eastleigh boss Chris Todd believes they are capable of winning tonight, he really does.
The Spitfires, who are the only non-league club left in the draw, held their opponents to a 1-1 draw in the original tie at the Silverlake Stadium.
"I've got good players, I really have," Todd told BBC Radio Solent.
"We have a lot of players that have played at that level and a lot that probably should be, in my opinion."
Is this our number one upset tonight?
Bolton v Eastleigh (20:00 GMT)
Eleven years ago this week Bolton Wanderers were in the middle of a seven-match winning run, on their way to a sixth-placed finish in the Premier League and had just beaten Arsenal.
They had Jay-Jay Okocha, Fernando Hierro, Ivan Campo, Kevin Nolan, Gary Speed, Ivan Campo, Vincent Candela...
Now they have won twice all season, have a winding-up order threatening their very existence, have carded 15 defeats on the books already and this week could not afford to keep Shola Ameobi - it has been a horrible, horrible season.
And it could be about to get worse.
All I'll say is non-league Eastleigh smell blood.

Who are you rooting for tonight? Where are the Cupsets coming from? Should we ban FA Cup replays altogether? Or do you love them?
Can Bolton bounce back from their current predicament and relive the days of Okocha, Djorkaeff et al again? Or will Eastleigh be in the top flight before Bolton?
As ever, we want to hear from you. If you're at a game, let's see where you are. You can tweet pictures to #bbcfacup, or drop us a text on 81111 (UK Only with a name on it please).
Reading v Huddersfield (20:00 GMT)
The magic of the cup has been attributed to many things - but it's not really about two sides just two places apart in the Championship.
Come on now.
Anyway, the winners play Walsall at home.
MK Dons v Northampton (19:45 GMT)
Of course, Karl Robinson's Championship side will be doing all they can to earn that money-spinning FA Cup tie with Chelsea.
The Dons are 30 places above the Cobblers in the ladder, have never lost a game to their near-neighbours and could get a club-record crowd if they get through.
Robinson says: “It’s important we get ourselves up for it because the prize at the end of it is a phenomenal game against Chelsea. It’ll be around 30,000 for that."
MK Dons v Northampton (19:45 GMT)
For most of you they may be a nondescript team from a nondescript town in a nondescript part of the country.
But take it from me, Northampton Town are having a season of all seasons.
Manager Chris Wilder and his players were not paid for several months as a protracted takeover went through at Sixfields, the club were staring down the barrel of liquidation but they've come through smelling of roses.
The Cobblers have won 13 of their last 16 games in all competitions, are only off top spot in League Two on goal difference and are now a game away from hosting Chelsea in the FA Cup.
Oh, and tonight they are backed by 7,000 fans at Championship opposition MK Dons. That's a club record away following.
I will stay perfectly neutral tonight. Naturally...
Bristol City v West Brom (19:45 GMT)
Sacked their manager on Thursday, beat the league leaders on Saturday, signed two players on Tuesday.
It's not Craig David's latest B-side, it's a week in the life of struggling Bristol City.
They came close to knocking out Tony Pulis's West Brom 10 days ago and with a Premier League survival campaign still to mastermind will TP take his eye off the ball tonight?
Bradford City v Bury (19:45 GMT)
Bradford were last year's FA Cup darlings, producing one of the greatest shocks since records began/since I can remember when they came from 2-0 down to beat Chelsea. At Chelsea.
Remarkable!
There is not much glamour in this all League One tie and a win throws up a tough, and also not especially sexy, home tie with Steve Bruce's Hull.
Still, you've got to be in it to win it right?
Portsmouth v Ipswich (19:45 GMT)
It's League Two v Championship at Fratton Park and Pompey will fancy their chances.
The 2008 FA Cup winners have only lost once since Halloween, and Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy has been speaking of resting players and focusing on the league this week...
Portsmouth v Ipswich Town (19:45 GMT)
Aston Villa v Wycombe (19:45 GMT)
Aston Villa have won three games all season. They have only beaten Bournemouth, Birmingham and Crystal Palace.
A fourth win of the season will be enough to earn a game against Manchester City at Villa Park later this month.
But League Two side Wycombe had the better of the first meeting and will not baulk at the 54 places between the sides.
Are the minnows actually the big fish in this tie?
Yeovil v Carlisle (19:45 GMT)
Just the 674-mile round trip...
