    Bertrand Traore

Nemanja Matic gets the assist but this goal is all Bertrand Traore. The 20-year-old, on his second Premier League start, gets the ball 25 yards out, turns and takes a few touches to find some space before absolutely scorching the ball past Jack Butland in Stoke's goal.

Xherdan Shaqiri goes down the right and plays it across to Mame Biram Diouf, whose effort on the bounce goes wide - with Marko Arnautovic just failing to get a touch at the far post.

Bertrand Traore, who a minute ago squandered a chance when he failed to control the ball in the box, is now caught offside needlessly.

  4. Postpublished at 34 mins

Chelsea get a lucky break as Eden Hazard gets a loose pass, Bertrand Traore has a shot but it's blocked by Marc Muniesa and the rebound comes to Willian, whose effort is blocked by Erik Pieters.

Willian - who I think it's now a legal obligation to mention has been Chelsea's best player this season every time you say his name - gets the ball 25 yards out but his effort is curling away from Jack Butland's goal.

Stoke attacking midfielder Xherdan Shaqiri whips in a free-kick after Gary Cahill concedes a foul but Geoff Cameron heads it well wide.

The best chance of the game so far and Stoke have missed it. Ibrahim Afellay runs down the left, Chelsea are caught out with a high defensive line, and he squares it to Mame Biram Diouf, but the striker fires it over on the stretch with Thibaut Courtois off his line.

Afellay is getting treatment after hurting himself putting in that cross. He appears to be holding his hand in some discomfort.

Oscar gets another shot at goal and Eden Hazard doesn't block this. The Brazilian beats Marc Muniesa with his first touch but his low effort is saved by Jack Butland.

Moments later, at the other end, Thibaut Courtois makes a diving save to deny Ibrahim Afellay's 20-yard effort.

Eden Hazard runs at Stoke's defence and plays it to Oscar. The Belgian runs into the box... and accidentally blocks Oscar's shot.

Not a great season for the playmaker.

  11. Postpublished at 16 mins

Chelsea midfielder John Mikel Obi has scored one Premier League goal in almost a decade and there's a reason why. Willian pulls the ball back for the Nigerian, who wildly lashes wide from the edge of the box. Awful effort.

  12. Postpublished at 14 mins

Chelsea play in a cross to Eden Hazard - not exactly the big targetman you want in that scenario - and Marc Muniesa heads clear for Stoke.

No real pattern to this game so far. Both sides playing quite well without really causing havoc.

  13. Postpublished at 11 mins

Willian plays Oscar down the right with a backheel but Stoke defender Erik Pieters does well to clear.

The Blues just starting to gain some momentum now, but Stoke win possession again.

Xherdan Shaqiri plays a fine through ball from about 45 yards which Marko Arnautovic races onto. Unfortunately for him Chelsea keeper Thibaut Courtois is alert to the danger and kicks it clear.

Bertrand Traore is playing as Chelsea's striker today despite usually playing out wide. Oscar flies down the right and pings a cross in which the Burkina Faso international can't make proper contact with. The chance is gone.

Stoke have done most of the attacking so far but Xherdan Shaqiri's cross from deep is beyond Marko Arnautovic and Chelsea keeper Thibaut Courtois gets his first touch.

  20. Match statspublished at 14:53 Greenwich Mean Time 5 March 2016

Both sides have won three Premier League games in a row.

Stoke have not won a league match at Stamford Bridge since a 1-0 victory in April 1974.

A win or draw on Saturday would make Guus Hiddink the first manager to start a spell in charge with a 12-match unbeaten run in the Premier League.

The Blues have claimed 19 points in 2016, second only to Spurs, who have 20 after today's 2-2 draw with Arsenal.

Diego Costa has scored or set up 12 goals in his last 10 Premier League appearances (eight goals, four assists).
