The teams are out on the pitch. Traditional colours for both today: Chelsea in blue, West Ham in claret and blue. Lovely.
Chelsea v West Ham (15:00 GMT)
West Ham manager Slaven Bilic: "Chelsea are thinking there's nine games to go and if they click they can finish very, very high also.
"In that sense it's not a great time [to play them] because now they have only Premier League. Make no mistake - I'm expecting them to be really hungry and totally focused on the Premier League."
Chelsea v West Ham (15:00 GMT)
Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink: "I expect a tough match because they are doing very well at home and away.
"They are a courageous team who are fast on the counter attack. They have skilful players, they are a nice team to watch.
"They are in the mood in fifth position, not just dreaming but maybe making fourth place come true. They've shown they can play and they have players who can be decisive at any minute."

With Diego Costa out injured, striker Loic Remy gets only his second start of his season for Chelsea today.
He's been something of a forgotten man this season, but his scoring record in the Premier League is excellent.
In five seasons with QPR, Newcastle and Chelsea, he's scored 28 goals from 46 starts and 26 substitute appearances.

At the start of the season, not many people would have given the Hammers a sniff of being in Champions League contention at this stage of the season, but Slaven Bilic's side have been magnificent.
Key to their success has been the superb Dimitri Payet. The midfielder notched his 11th goal of the season last week against Manchester United with a quite stunning free kick, and his confidence should be higher than ever after he was recalled to the France squad this week.

Match of the Day commentator at Stamford Bridge
"Claudio Ranieri is a shoo-in for manager of the year, but Slaven Bilic should be on the podium too, with West Ham now genuine contenders for Champions League football.
"They're only a couple of points behind Manchester City and have only lost two of the last 16 league games.
"This looks a good time for the Hammers to go to Stamford Bridge, with Chelsea hardly on the crest of a wave after being knocked out of both the Champions League and FA Cup in their last two matches.
"Guus Hiddink has steadied the ship well, and they remain undefeated in the Premier League since his return, but too many draws have limited their progress up the table."

Chelsea make two changes from the team that lost to Everton in the FA Cup, with Loic Remy replacing Diego Costa up front and Oscar coming in for Nemanja Matic. Kenedy moves from full-back to the wing.
West Ham make three changes from the side that drew with Manchester United, with Adrian returning in goal, and forwards Enner Valencia and Diafra Sakho replacing Emmanuel Emenike and Andy Carroll.
Hello and welcome to live text commentary of the Premier League clash between Chelsea and West Ham.
West Ham could go fourth with a win, while victory for Chelsea (try not to fall over with excitement) could take them up to ninth.
Kick off is at 15:00 GMT and the teams are in.
Let your hair down. Put your sweatpants on. Have that second tub of ice-cream. Hell, take the phone of the hook and put your Neil Diamond CDs on. It just doesn't matter any more.
That's the kind of attitude that Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink will have to guard against, now that the Blues - for the first time since 2001 - enter March with nothing left to play for.
In these circumstances, it's not easy to deliver a rousing team-talk, not even for a man so motivational he inspired Holland to lose to Iceland and the Czech Republic.
But there's one thing Chelsea can fall back on. One thing that will keep them fighting. One thing that will stop them reaching for the ice-cream. Pride. And with their bitter London rivals at the Bridge, there's plenty of that about...
