Dundee United come within a whisker of an equaliser at Tannadice as Ash Taylor's desperate block thwarts Henri Anier. The Dons remain a goal to the good.
Martin Dowden
BBC Sport Scotland at McDiarmid Park
"It's interesting listening to some of the home supporters. They're really not happy. Perhaps St Johnstone's success over the last few seasons has raised expectation a little too far. Despite a poor run they're still very much in the running for the top six but this one seems to be hurting."
Brian McLauchlin
BBC Sport Scotland at Tannadice
"Having looked at TV evidence it appears the Dons could have been on the end of a poor decision by referee Bobby Madden to disallow Aberdeen a second goal. Graeme Shinnie certainly collided with Gavin Gunning as he played the ball to Niall McGinn the box.
"Sure Derek McInnes, who was sent to the stand for his protests, will have plenty to say at full time if the result goes against them."
Brian McLauchlin
BBC Sport Scotland at Tannadice
"A big 45 minutes coming up for Mixu Paatelainen and his players who will have the benefit of a strong wind at their backs."
Richard Wilson
BBC Scotland at Celtic Park
"There hasn't been a slew of chances, but this has been an intriguing game. Dundee's work rate and organisation has stifled Celtic for long spells, and only individual interventions from Griffiths and Roberts have altered that dynamic.
"The challenge for Dundee is sustaining the concentration and industry required to keep Celtic at bay, while the home side need to raise their tempo and intensity. The booing of the home fans at half-time tells the story of the first-half."

Alan Archibald's men have been well on top and scored two excellent goals through Callum Booth and Steven Lawless.
What's this? Dundee come rampaging forward as Craig Wighton drags a cross across the Celtic penalty area as the visitors fail to profit from a promising counter-attack.
Almost a case of all Whight on the night there...
St Johnstone 0-0 Partick Thistle
Thistle are still bossing the match at McDiarmid Park but St Johnstone have a real chance with Liam Craig running on to a pass on the edge of the box but the midfielder skies it.
Ronny Deila's men continue to huff and puff but they can't find a way past Scott Bain in the Dundee goal.
Leigh Griffiths had a chance moments earlier but the back-tracking Julen Etxabeguren steals the ball off the striker's twinkle toes...
Dundee United 0-1 Aberdeen
Paul Dixon sees his attempted clearance find the net but his blushes are spared by a yellow card shown to Graeme Shinnie - eagle-eyed BBC Sportsound pundit Willie Miller with the binoculars trained on the action believes - is for simulation.
Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes is sent to the stand for his vociferous protests; it's all happening at Tannadice under the floodlights.
Martin Dowden
BBC Sport Scotland at McDiarmid Park
"Alan Archibald really has his side on top form thus far. He's on the edge of the touchline urging them on and the standard of football he's seeing must be brilliant for him to witness.
"St Johnstone should have got one back through Cummins but they've been second best and the natives aint happy."
Some more eye-watering trickery from Patrick Roberts tees up Mikael Lustig and his cross is brilliantly tipped away by Scott Bain as Celtic look to break the deadlock.
Dundee continue to keep Celtic at bay.
