Son Heung-min - scorer of Spurs' second goal - is replaced by Ryan Mason. Spurs need to shut this Chelsea renaissance down.

"This was always going to be a test for Tottenham. They are playing the reigning champions and Chelsea have pride to play for. They don't want Tottenham winning in their own backyard."

Eden Hazard - where have you been all season? A late season cameo from the Belgian, losing two men with a fabulous turn and then he finds Diego Costa. Willian is on the overlap, and he finds the Brazilian too, but his curling shot is well saved by Hugo Lloris.

Chelsea are flying now. Spurs on the retreat?

    Chelsea 1-2 Tottenham

All of a sudden Chelsea look like a fresh side, moving the ball sweetly through Cesc Fabregas but he can't quite connect with Eden Hazard. Spurs look well drilled though. They have only lost four games all season after all.

If Chelsea equalise though - Leicester are champions.

    Gary Cahill

I remember being told years ago that when he was at Bolton, Gary Cahill was petitioning Gary Megson for a chance up front. He fancies himself as a striker.

And you can see why, he takes down a corner with one touch and then, almost nonchalantly, sweeps home with the outside of his foot from 12 yards or so. Great finish - and now the Jamie Vardy party comes up a notch....

"That earlier Dembele-Costa incident, you don't know if he actually catches him or not. The bottom line of the whole situation is it needs to stop. It's getting slightly annoying talking about all these incidents all the time."

A strange atmosphere at Stamford Bridge, the home crowd need their team to do something to get them going. It works both ways.

Spurs look a kilo lighter, a yard faster, a dumbbell stronger.

Lovely football from Spurs. Harry Kane comes out to the right and whips a wicked crossfield pass into the feet of Danny Rose. He is able to come inside a challenge and tee up Son Heung-min- who shoots wide.

Rose was clobbered by an arm as Willian challenged him. No action taken, and that appeared more accident than anything else.

    Chelsea 0-2 Tottenham

Chelsea need to score twice to give Leicester the title tonight but they've only had one shot on target in 53 minutes. You really have to cast your mind back to remember just how good a team Mourinho's Chelsea looked last season. What on earth has gone on?

Andre Schurrle was obivously a genius.

Erik Lamela is now booked for a sliding tackle on halfway. I make that five bookings in the game.

"I'm not sure what Chelsea were doing there. They completely switched off. Harry Kane was in acres of space. He probably should have been a little more patient."

Mauricio Pochettino's heart must be at an all-time high but he retains a mask of utter composure. Suave.

Spurs look slick on the ball and fluid off it. If they can keep 11 men on the pitch you'd fancy them to win this comfortably. Harry Kane gets the ball and shoots straight at Asmir Begovic...

Eden Hazard is straight into the action with a jinking run down the left but he loses out and then Spurs come back. Moussa Dembele is heavily booed as he takes possession - that shows the power of social media now. No way any fans saw that 'eye gouge' at the time.

"The first thing Mauricio Pochettino will be saying to his players at half-time is discipline. The experienced players will be having a say themselves and will be telling one another to  keep a lid on it."

Here come the players again. No changes I can see. A few players will have been told to CALM DOWN.

Oh no, there is a change. Eden Hazard is on for Pedro.

Yanis Gbl: This Spurs team is an absolute joy to watch, is there no way we can just give both Leicester & Spurs the title?

Thomas Knights: One of the best away performances of the season from spurs. Off the ball incidents have been shameful.
