    West Ham 1-0 Watford

Watford have grown into this game since going behind. They play it out neatly from the back and Nordin Amrabat gains some ground on the left.

But as they try and weave into the penalty box, West Ham steal possession.

Dimitri Payet - by far the Hammers' best player so far - has a go from distance and it goes high over the bar.

Leicester keeper Mark Schwarzer at Upton Park: "I think Watford look a lot like a team that have got an FA Cup semi-final at the moment.

"Dimitri Payet is pulling the strings for West Ham and you feel something is going to happen when he has the ball."

Jurado is causing problems on the wing and his West Ham opponent Michail Antonio doesn't quite no what to do with him...so he hacks him down.

Watford take the resulting free-kick but it comes to nothing.

And now West Ham go on the break. Dimitri Payet is surging forward and Aaron Cresswell has the ball on the left. He earns a free-kick as Juan Carlos Paredes is penalised.

Dimitri Payet lines up a free-kick about 25-yards out. It's very central so he blasts it down the middle and it's saved by the Watford keeper.

Andy Carroll gets inbetween two defenders, rises high and almost pokes the ball in with his knee from six-yards out.

Lovely ball in from Dimitri Payet. Completely flummoxed the Watford back line.

It's a little subdued at Upton Park tonight, in what is the third-from-last home game there.

To be fair, the crowd have had little to shout about so far. It's scrappy.

An uneventful first five minutes here. A lot of weaving on the wings from West Ham, but it's all a bit messy.

But the Hammers earn a free-kick as Almen Abdi brings down Michail Antonio.

Watford v West Ham (19:45 BST)

Leicester keeper and BBC Radio 5 live summariser Mark Schwarzer at Upton Park: "If you look at West Ham's stats, they haven't lost at home since last August and Watford have made seven changes. It doesn't look good for Watford.

"West Ham striker Andy Carroll is the closest that comes to Duncan Ferguson. He is a formidable opponent to play against.

"If he was fit I would take him to the Euros. He is compelety different to what England have at the moment. He could wreak havoc with teams at the Euros."

West Ham v Watford (19:45 BST)

You can't say West Ham aren't consistent.

Slaven Bilic's side have drawn their last four games in the league - and are unbeaten in their last eight matches.

A win tonight will draw them level on points with Man Utd in fifth and they'll leapfrog their rivals on goal difference.

But Bilic is thinking beyond fifth: "The gap (to fourth place) is big, but the gap can be reduced.

"We have to win games. We are still in a big race for Europe and we are going to do everything we can."
