It's hard to believe but Watford boss Quique Sanchez Flores' job is in doubtafter just four league wins this year.He mayhas guided his side to Premier League safety and the FA Cup semi-finals on their return to the top flight but it appears that is not enough.

Hornets owner Gino Pozzo is now said to be considering instigating a 12-month break clause inserted into Flores's two-year contract last year.

"The contract says in the last part of May, both sides can decide. We are not worried about anything," said Flores.

"This is the spirit of contract. It's important. We have possibility to decide if we are in the right way. We take decisions together.

"I don't want to talk more about my contract. I'm thinking about the match with Liverpool on Sunday.

"I want to transmit how happy I am at Watford."

"Who doesn't thrive under Jurgen Klopp? Even my form as a pundit has improved since he came to Anfield!

"Self-confident footballers can get by under their own team but every footballer needs to feel appreciated.

"Every single player in the Liverpool squad now seems improved. Dejan Louvren, for example, seems a Rolls-Royce of a defender."

Liverpool have won just three of their last seven top-flight games while they have beaten Borussia Dortmund and Villarreal in the Europa League so why the difference in form between the two competitions?

"The Europa League has given us the opportunity to maybe qualify for the Champions League," said Reds boss Jurgen Klopp.

"But on the other side, it has cost the opportunity of qualifying for the Champions League in the Premier League because of the number of games, (as well as) going to the final of the League Cup and the injuries and circumstances we've had.

"I'm sure there was no difference in attitude with the Premier League, the Europa League or any other tournament.

"These boys always gave their all but sometimes it was not 100% because they couldn't."

    Martin Fisher
    MOTD commentator

"After another memorable European night at Anfield, Liverpool find themselves just one victory away from silverware and an unlikely return to the Champions League.

"Given the enormity of that prize it would be understandable if Sevilla in Basle on 18 May will preoccupy Jurgen Klopp.

"And if their focus is a little cloudy this weekend there might never be a better opportunity for Watford to record their first ever double over the Merseysiders.

"The 3-0 home victory was their best result in their best ever Premier League season. Throw in an FA Cup semi-final appearance and it's puzzling why Quique Sanchez Flores might lose his job in the summer."

The last time these two met, Watford eased to a 3-0 win in the reverse fixture at Vicarage Road in December.

So, Watford will be aiming for their first ever league double over the Reds and Liverpool will be out to earn some revenge. Bring it on.

On the face of it, there might not be too much to play for this afternoon with Liverpool's quest for a top four spot all-but over and Watford safely tucked away in mid-table with survival assured.

However, the Reds players will want to impress with a Europa League final on the horizon and manager Jurgen Klopp planning a summer squad overhaul, while Hornets boss Quique Sanchez Flores could do with a win as, for some reason, there seems to be some doubt over his future.

So who's going to further their cause today. Let's find out...
