They might not have a manager but Everton end the season with an easy win as Norwich head for the Championship well beaten.

Comedy moment as Leighton Baines slips as he runs up to take a free-kick. Cheers from the home fans and a smiling Baines responds by bowing to the crowd. 

Great run by substitute Ross Barkley from his own half as he evades several challenges before getting his shot away and forcing John Ruddy to save. 

Everton are not finished here. 

Steven Naismith attempts to embarrass his former team-mate Tim Howard, who has the ball at his feet in the penalty area. It's Howard who has the last laugh though as he coolly dispatches the ball after leaving Naismith chasing shadows. 

Norwich change - Wes Hoolahan will play the final few minutes of the season in place of Matt Jarvis.

Standing ovation for 18-year-old Kieran Dowell as he is replaced by Ross Barkley. He'll remember that for years to come.

Kieran Dowell and Tom Davies have been very good for Everton. It's been a poor season for the Toffees but the future looks bright as far as these two teenagers are concerned.

Out of nowhere comes a Norwich chance and Tim Howard makes a fine block to deny Robbie Brady from close range.

It leads to a corner which Cameron Jerome heads narrowly over. Too little too late for the Canaries.

Tim Howard has hardly had a save to make in what is his 414th and final Everton appearance. The 37-year-old has been seriously under-worked. Not that he is complaining.

Everton are completely in control. The season cannot end soon enough for Norwich, who are half an hour away from a 22nd top-flight defeat of the season. 

Changes from both sides.

Sebastien Bassong is on for Norwich in place of Ryan Bennett while Aaron Lennon has replaced goalscorer James McCarthy.

There's something of a carnival atmosphere at Goodison. And why not? The post-Martinez era has started well. Everton wanted to reward their fans with a fine performance and they have delivered.
