Sai Koushik: Atletico right to make changes, winning La Liga depends on Barca results but the chance for maiden Champions League trophy is in their hands

Rizpey: Course they should. They have a great chance in the Champions League and no disrespect to Rayo Vallecano but they're not all that

Rayo Vallecano striker Bebe is booked for pulling back Juanfran.

And moments later Angel Correa has chance to give Atletico the lead. Juanfran throws it to Correa, whose first touch is phenomenal. He flicks it around one side of his marker and runs the other side to get it but then his shot is straight at Juan Carlos.

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Rayo Vallecano

This is Rayo Vallecano's second Madrid derby in a row. At this stage last Saturday, they were 2-0 up against Real Madrid.

But Gareth Bale scored twice as Real came back to win 3-2.

This game won't end 3-2. They rarely do when Atletico are playing.

A genuinely world-class save from Juan Carlos denies Atletico Madrid the lead. Angel Correa gets into the box and fires across goal, it looks like it's creeping in the post but Carlos gets down low and his arm comes out like a telescope to touch it around the post.
