Leicester end a momentous 2016 with a clean sheet and a win. West Ham's winning run is at an end.

There has been plenty of needle in this match. Eight yellow cards, a sprinkling of controversy yet Anthony Taylor has kept his red cards in his pocket. Plenty for the Match of the Day pundits to get stuck into later.

Leicester eat up another few seconds as the impressive Demarai Gray walks off to applause to be replaced by Shinji Okazaki.

Just over 10 minutes of normal time remaining. If scores across the Premier League stay as they are, Leicester will move six points clear of the relegation zone.

That's a ridiculous challenge by Havard Nordtveit, whose studs land in the stomach of Ben Chilwell. Kasper Schemeichel comes racing off his line demanding the referee takes immediate action. Nordtveit and Schmeichel are both booked. Chilwell is able to continue.

Standing ovation for Riyad Mahrez as he is replaced by Christian Fuchs. That's a pretty defensive move by Claudio Ranieri with Leicester still needing a second goal to calm nerves.

Great save by Kasper Schemeichel as Aaron Creswell's low free-kick comes off Ben Chilwell and is heading for the net before the Dane stretches to push it away. That noise you can hear is Leicester's fans biting their nails.

Andre Ayew's 2016 is over. Sofiane Feghouli replaces him with West Ham bossing possession. Leicester need a second goal but there has been little sign of one this half.

Another West Ham change coming up.

Islam Slimani crashes to the ground after Angelo Ogbonna cuts across the Leicester forward just outside the West Ham area. Ogbonna has already been booked and Leicester want a free-kick. Anthony Taylor waves play on.

We've not seen too much of Andy Carroll but the ball almost runs kindly for the big striker inside the Leicester area. After an incident-packed first half, this has turned rather scrappy.

There's frantic activity on the West Ham bench. Here comes the first change.

Mark Noble is unable to continue after that nasty challenge by Daniel Amartey and on comes Manuel Lanzini.

West Ham have work to do if they are to keep their winning run going. They've enjoyed a decent spell of possession since the restart but haven't done much with it.

A corner to the Hammers. Dimitri Payet fizzes it in but it is easily cleared.

It's been a slow start to the new half - not helped by a lengthy stoppage for Noble's injury. It takes a lot to keep the West Ham skipper down and he is back on his feet. No changes so far.
