    Torino 1-1 Juventus

Great recovery. Giorgio Chiellini gifts possession to Torino inside his own half, the home side pouring forward with numbers. But the ball across the box to Iago Falque is not slick enough and Chiellini recovers to cut out the danger.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 67 mins

    Torino 1-1 Juventus

Max Allegri has seen enough. The Juve manager makes a change that he hopes will unpick the Torino lock. Gabon midfielder Mario Lemina is the man brought on, Stefano Sturaro the one hooked.

Somebody has to score in the next 25 minutes. Why? Because Juventus don't do draws. Not one of their 15 Serie A matches this season has ended in a stalemate.

Juventus appear to have weathered that storm. Well, I say storm. More heavy shower. The visitors back in a spell of possession.

A beautifully balanced game. Could go either way.

Chance. A wonderfully worked free-kick by Torino, who go short before teeing up Marco Benassi on the edge of the box. He thumps goalwards, Mario Mandzukic taking a hit for the team. And the follow up is hammered wide.

Good spell for Torino is this. They are starting to pin Juve back a little, winning set pieces from which they can threaten.

The free-kick is hoisted into Juventus box, but the away defence clears.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 55 mins

    Torino 1-1 Juventus

Andrea Belotti is a brute of a centre-forward. He's got a touch of the Alan Shearers of him. I've gone big, I know.

He drifts out left, pick up a long pass forward and pushes the ball past marker Dani Rugani. Rugani drags him down before pleading his innocence. It doesn't wash.

Much better from Torino. A peach of a cross is swung in from the right flank by Davide Zappacosta, forcing Gianluigi Buffon to take decisive action. He pulls rank on his centre-back Dani Rugani, almost cleaning him out as he punches clear.

The ball drops at the edge of the area to Iago Falque who wildly lashes into Row Z.

A rare attack for Torino. They just aren't committing enough men forward. The ball is clipped into the Juventus box, where only Andrea Belotti lurks, but it is ahead of the home scorer and floats into Buffon's grasp.

First chance of the second half lands in Juventus' lap. Sami Khedira dashes into the Torino box from deep, Claudio Marchisio spotting the German's run. The pass is perfectly-weighted, the header miscued. Let off for Torino.

Juventus straight into the pattern of the first half at the start of the second. Plenty of possession, building patiently. Sami Khedira charges forward, sweeping the ball out left to Mario Mandzukic. But the Croatian striker sloppily gives the ball away and Torino regain possession.

Juventus have the honour of getting the ball rolling again. Juan Cuadrado and Mario Mandzukic go for the old school way of kicking off.

Cheesy Italian pop is blaring out of the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino sound system as the two teams reemerge from the tunnel.

Juventus wander out a few moments ahead of their hosts, feeling the full force of the home crowd's vitriol.

Torino have failed to create much themselves, however. Andrea Belotti's 11th goal of the season was their only chance really. Good ratio. No wonder a few scouts from the top European clubs have been lurking about.

What an enjoyable watch. Serie A leaders Juventus have dominated the possession in an enjoyable opening 45 minutes, but have lacked the creativity to unpick the Torino defence.

Not much to report in that final minute. Torino huff and puff down the left flank, only for Antonio Barreca's cross to find a black and white shirt.

    All square. All fair.

Looks like we are going to have just an extra minute at the end of the first half. Yep. The fourth official's electronic gadget confirms it.
