    A silly booking.

Borussia Dortmund 1-0 Benfica (agg: 1-1)

Benfica have not seen much of the opposition area, but will need to take the chances when it falls to them in the box.

The ball comes to Andre Almeida around 10 yards out, but his shot is weak and Roman Burki can collect without any problems.

Barcelona have seen 62% possession in the opening 20 minutes, but PSG have done well to keep the score at just 1-0.

Remember, they now lead 4-1 on aggregate, so no alarm bells are ringing...yet.

  5. CLOSE!published at 20:06 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March 2017

    Barcelona 1-0 PSG (agg: 1-4)

    Inches away from a second.

Neymar picks the ball up on the left and curls one towards the far corner, but cannot get enough bend on and it sails just wide of goal.

Again, Kevin Trapp was not getting to it.

    Borussia Dortmund 0-0 Benfica

Over in Germany, Benfica goalkeeper Ederson sprints off his line to head away a through ball and it bounces to Julian Weigl around 40-45 yards out, but the Dortmund man's shot is wild and into the stand.

  7. CLOSE!published at 20:03 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March 2017

    Barcelona 1-0 PSG (agg: 1-4)

A puff of the cheeks from the PSG players, that was mightily close.

Lionel Messi steps up to take the free-kick, curls it over the wall with zip, but it has too much on it and drifts agonisingly wide of the angle of crossbar and post.

    Goalkeeper Kevin Trapp was beaten.

How do you stop Lionel Messi?

Push him over when he shows you his number.

The little magician goes on one of those weaving, jinking runs, but is illegally brought down 30 yards out by Julian Draxler.

A booking for the PSG man.

Barcelona look like they may have got away with one here.

The PSG players are surrounding the referee Deniz Aytekin screaming for a penalty after Julian Draxler's low cross comes off the arm of the sliding Javier Mascherano.

Only a corner, says the German referee, which Barca manage to clear.

The ball falls nicely to him on the edge of the area from a corner, but his left-footed villey is screwed wide.

Barcelona very much on the front foot in the opening stage.

I said it would be game on if they got a goal in the opening 10 minutes, but if they manage TWO...?

    There would be pandemonium.

What a start at the Nou Camp, just what the neutrals ordered.

PSG fail to clear the ball inside the area, with the ball looping up in the air six yards out.

Somehow little Luis Suarez out jumps goalkeeper Kevin Trapp to head in the opener after just three minutes.

Goal line technology confirmed the goal as a PSG defender cleared the ball, but it was miles over.
