Gerard Pique returns for Barcelona after missing the 2-0 La Liga loss to Malaga. Ivan Rakitic and Andre Iniesta also return to the starting XI as Jordi Alba, Denis Suarez and Andre Gomes goes out of the matchday squad entirely. Sergio Busquets is suspended. Sergi Roberto starts.
The front three is just as you would expect.
Juventus return to full strength after resting players for the win over Chievo. Only five of the side who began that game remain - keeper Gianluigi Buffon, central midfielder Sami Khedira and forwards Juan Cuadrado, Gonzalo Higuaín and Paulo Dybala.
Another forward Mario Mandzukic is back in what is a very attacking line-up that also includes former Barca man Dani Alves.

Borussia Dortmund have confirmed that tonight's game has been called off and will now take place tomorrow at 17:45 BST.
Barcelona, who are playing Juventus in the other Champions League game tonight, have just tweeted a message of support to Borussia Dortmund.
It has been confirmed that one person has been injured, but not the identity of that person.
