Gambian ref Bakary Gassama has seen enough.

It was a half of great chances and lulls.

    Strange.

Ghana's players get into a huddle.

I'm guessing they're saying, "must try harder, or else it's penos".

    Cameroon 0-0 Ghana

Cameroon's Adolphe Teikeu almost recreates Newcastle defender Ciaran Clark's own goal against QPR by inadvertently heading Christian Atsu's whipped effort towards goal.

The ball, however, arrives straight into the arms of Fabrice Ondoa - it was a different outcome for Magpies keeper Karl Darlow.

  7. AGONISINGLY CLOSE!published at 42 mins

    So, so, so close.

Christian Atsu feeds a lovely weighted ball into the area for new signing Jordan Ayew to run on to - his angled shot creeps past Fabrice Ondoa's far post.

Ghana are finding a little bit more room in the opposition third.

Newcastle's Christian Atsu tries to dance past Michael Ngadeu-Ngadjui in the box on the right, but the Slavia Prague defender manages to poke the ball away.

    Great defending.

Hugo Broos: Wants more money for the brand..

    While there's a lull...

Apparently, there's a pay dispute between the Cameroon team and their football association... now where have I heard that before?

Coach Hugo Broos (we've exhausted the high-end sartorial jokes haven't we?) has dismissed claims the dispute could derail their bid for African Nations Cup glory.

"I don't think we are asking for the world, but what they give us now is not good, really," Broos said.

"We've trained every day. I read in the papers that the players didn't train, but I had given them a free day so it's not because they're not happy with the money. And even though we're not happy, we still have good performances on the field."

There's an important official-looking figure reading a newspaper in the stands.

    It's not that dull pal.

    ... at least he tried.

Panathinaikos midfielder Wakaso Mubarak tries his luck from about 45 yards out. The ball had time to stop, pick up some lint on its way north of the byeline, wide of Fabrice Ondoa's goal.

  13. GREAT SAVE!published at 23 mins

    Cameroon 0-0 Ghana

The Ghana defence look at sixes and sevens. Cameroon are again posing problems with their crossing from the wings.

This time Razak Brimah makes another instinctive save to block Robert Tambe's header - the whistle had gone though for some reason or another.

The Raz wasn't to know though.

This time Ghana clear, but it seems an eon ago that they were attacking the Lions' goal.

Reaching a record 10th final seems a wee bit distant at the mo.

A fairly straightforward but vital save from Cordoba's Razah Brimah to block Christian Bassogog's snapshot from 12 yards.

Moments later the Aalborg forward has another pop which drifts a yard wide of Razak's right-hand upright.

    Cameroon look potent up top.

    Cleared off the line!!!

Harrison Afful crucially clears Ngadeu Ngadjui's near-post header. The Columbus Crew defender showed great agility to instinctively lift his leg up to clear.

Ghana under a little bit of pressure at the moment.

There hasn't been too much action to report on so far.

Ghana have tried to release Newcastle's Christian Atsu and West Ham's Andre Ayew down the right at any given chance - Cameroon have kept them in check though.
