Best thing about this game? Stoke's side - all in short sleeves and no gloves. Well done!

Watford have got to do a lot of talking and reorganising at the interval.

It's been great by Manchester United, and the chances are there for a second and a third. Mata and Pogba are the stars. Were it not for Gomes, Watford would be done, beaten, on the bus and heading home.

    Man Utd 1-0 Watford

Manchester United are going into the top five as things stand, moving above Liverpool into fifth although it might only be for a couple of hours. Jurgen Klopp's side play Tottenham in the evening kick off.

I think I speak for many that it is great to see the name Gabbiadini on the scoresheet again. Marco Gabbiadini carried my York City team to successive promotions on Championship Manager back in the day. Brings a nostalgic tear to my eye.

    West Ham 0-1 West Brom

West Ham certainly feel they are not getting the rub of the green as former Hull team-mates Robert Snodgrass and Jake Livermore tangle inside the area  - no penalty.

    Snodgrass was adamant...

Lots of wonderful wing play from Manchester United. It's all United, and to be honest they deserve a second goal before half-time. If they do get a second then it's game over.

We could be on for a fair stint of added time at West Ham as a third Baggies defender goes down with a head injury. This time it's Gareth McAuley blocking a Robert Snodgrass shot with his face.

Southampton have got themselves a player!

Manolo Gabbiadini gets his second of the game with an exquisite bit of skill. He gets the ball from Dusan Tadic inside the box with his back to goal and, quick as a flash, turns his two markers before slotting home.

    Lovely stuff.

  18. CLOSE!published at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February 2017

    Stoke 0-0 Crystal Palace

Off the line! Corner whipped in, commanding header from Bruno Martins Indi looks a goal all the way but Andros Townsend gets a body part to it and clears.

  19. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February 2017

    Sunderland 0-1 Southampton

Penalty for Sunderland? Jermain Defoe tussles with Ryan Bertrand in the box following a Black Cats corner. The striker falls to the floor, claiming his shirt was being pulled. Nothing given.

  20. CLOSE!published at 15:43 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February 2017

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Everton

Maybe Ademola Lookman's move from Charlton to Everton wasn't over-priced after all. The youngster is the outstanding player on the field so far as he beats two men on the left and shoots into the side-netting.
