    Hull City 1-1 Burnley

    Burnley

Burnley manager Sean Dyche: "Happy. A lot has been made of our away form. In the first half we made good opportunities but we lacked quality.

"To go 1-0 down and come back with the amazing performance of the team is very good. I thought the penalty was very harsh.

"I don't want the red card to overshadow a good point, it was a deserved point."

Sutton update. We informed you earlier that they lost their first-team keeper to injury in their game against Torquay. Now without Wayne Shaw - the reserve keeper of piegate fame, who resigned on Tuesday - they had to put defender Simon Downer in net. They were 1-0 down at the time.

Despie this, they managed to come back and win 3-2. You can read about it here.

    Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace scorer Patrick Van Aanholt: " We are pleased with the three points and I'm very delighted to score. We worked hard as a team this week and worked hard in training.

"We had a weekend off so that gave us a boost, and then came back together with the team and you saw in the first half we were dominant.

"I lost my granddad last week. I am very pleased to get the goal for him. Obviously I am very sad to lose him but I thank him a lot.

"I have been in this position before but we have to stick together and get out of it.

"Sam Allardyce is a good manager as he showed with Sunderland - he got out of it. He's never been relegated so it gives us hope."

  4. 'We lost focus'published at 17:14 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2017

    Hull City 1-1 Burnley

    Hull City

Hull City boss Marco Silva: "Of course it is frustrating, it was a tough, tough game. It is not easy to play against Burnley, it was a balanced game, we had good chances and when you score it is impossible to suffer a goal like we conceded from a set piece.

"It is important to be focused, and we lost out focus from a set-piece and they scored. At this level it is impossible to give the opposition something.

"We need to continue to do our work and keep our organisation, today it is one point more. Three points would have been better but we are fighting until May. It is clear our team and fans believe and I see a team with promise.

"We need to take points in every game, no-one believed we would beat Liverpool so the fight continues."

  6. 'We have to be more aggressive'published at 17:07 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2017

    Everton 2-0 Sunderland

    Sunderland

Sunderland defender Bryan Oviedo: “We tried very hard in the second half. It was good for us that we tried. We were unlucky to hit the bar. We have to keep going. We need to be more aggressive for the next games.

“It was difficult. Everton played very well. We have to improve. We need to start well in games, because it’s the Premier League. It’s difficult.

“There is still hope for us. We have a lot of games, the spirit is to keep fighting. We need to improve and prepare for the next game.”

  7. 'The blue shirt is good for me'published at 17:03 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2017

    Everton 2-0 Sunderland

    Everton

Everton midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye: “It’s not easy because they have a good team and defend well. We have to find a place to score and move the ball well. We have a good team to score. We are happy with the three points.

“My first Premier League goal! I’m happy for the team because the win is the most important thing. The blue shirt is good for me.

“Rom [Lukaku] is a good player and we need him. He can score every time. We play for him and try to give him the ball to score.”

Asked if Everton are looking at finishing in the top six: “We just take it game by game, and we will see at the end.”

The top of the league feels over and done with in my opinion and it's been that way for a while.

Tottenham don't have the player power to challenge Chelsea.

Even when they are not playing well, they have those special players - Costa, Hazard and the rest - they are far above anyone else in this league.

West Ham name an unchanged side from their previous game - a 2-2 draw at home to West Brom, also on 11 February.

Andy Carroll is not fit enough for the bench, but Andre Ayew returns to the squad for the first time since the Africa Cup of Nations.

West Ham XI:  Randolph, Kouyate, Fonte, Reid, Cresswell, Noble, Obiang, Feghouli, Snodgrass, Lanzini, Antonio.

    Everton 2-0 Sunderland

    It's all over at Goodison.

Sunderland had half chances. Was that Defoe strike over the line? Perhaps not.

They remain bottom with 19 points and Everton stay in seventh - now four points behind Manchester United.

    West Brom 2-1 Bournemouth

West Brom just about hold on for the win. They can thank Ben Foster for that, though. With second remaining, Tyrone Mings' glancing header looks destined for the net until Foster intervenes with a superb save.

It precedes the final whistle by seconds.

    Crystal Palace 1-0 Middlesbrough

Remember when he used to lash those in for Newcastle?

Andros Townsend drives into the area on the right but instead of crossing to Christian Benteke he fires an angled shot which clears the bar by a Grand Canyon's width.

    Seconds remaining.

  17. RED CARDpublished at 16:50 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2017

    Hull 1-1 Burnley

Burnley will end the game with 10 men after Ashley Barnes plants an arm in the face of Andrea Ranocchia to earn his second yellow, followed by red. We are into injury time, though, so it may not prove that costly for Burnley this afternoon.

Oh, West Brom close to sealing all three points. James McClean's low ball into the box is just a yard in front of the sliding Salomon Rondon.

  19. Postpublished at 16:45 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2017

    Crystal Palace 1-0 Middlesbrough

Boro keep pressing. Palace aren't offering too much the other end - although they perhaps should have had a penalty a wee bit earlier.

Palace make changes. Patrick van Aanholt - was he limping? - is replaced by Jeff Schlupp. And Scott Dann comes on for Wilfried Zaha.

Two mins of normal time left at Selhurst.
