Is there any coming back for Real Sociedad? Probably not but here come the teams. We're moments away from the start of the second half.

Earlier, we asked if the wheels were coming off Real Madrid's season.

Barcelona are 45 minutes from another Copa del Rey semi-final. Great goal by Denis Suarez. An even better touch by Luis Suarez to set it up.

It's getting a little bit heated as we approach half-time. Carlos Vela and Neymar clash right in front of the referee with the Barca player losing it and moving his head towards his opponent. The referee quickly shows both players yellow cards. Neymar is fortunate not to see red.

Barca fans are on their feet. Neymar to Luis Suarez to...it's cut out before Lionel Messi can tap home from the edge of the six-yard area.

Sociedad need a goal before the interval to give themselves a chance. They look comfortable in possession but the Basque club have yet to register a shot on target. They need to do something about that...quickly.

A decision goes against Luis Suarez. The former Liverpool forward is not happy. He's screaming at the official. And I mean SCREAMING. He must have picked that up in the Premier League.

As well as earning Barca a 2-0 aggregate lead, Denis Suarez's fine finish means there will be no extra-time. 

Strange match this. Barca have not got out of third gear and Lionel Messi has been kept quiet. Yet Sociedad trail 2-0 on aggregate and, if I'm being honest, don't look like they are going to score one - let alone two - goals. 

Anyone fancy a Barcelona-Atletico Madrid final on 27 May? That would be very tasty indeed.

Good response from the visitors. Willian Jose has had an excellent season and the Brazilian striker torments Barca's defence before firing over the bar from inside the area. 

As it stands, the Copa del Rey semi-final line-up is Alaves, Atletico Madrid, Celta Vigo and Barcelona.

That goal has knocked the stuffing out of Sociedad. They had started well without seriously testing the keeper but now have a mountain to climb if they are to reach the semi-finals.

That's more like it. Neymar is behind Sociedad's defence and tries to pick out Messi but it's a poor cross and Geronimo Rulli gathers comfortably. Little for the home fans to get excited about so far.

Confident start by Sociedad. David Zurutuza's threaded pass almost sets Willian Jose clean through. Barca's Copa del Rey stopper Jasper Cillessen is certainly the busier of the two keepers.

Quiet start by Barca's standards. Indeed, neither keeper has been seriously tested. There was little to choose between the sides in the first leg and it has been a cagey start at the Nou Camp

Sociedad could do with an early goal and former Arsenal and West Brom winger Carlos Vela powers down the wing before firing in a cross which Jasper Cillessen plucks from the air before a blue and white shirt can get on the end of it.
