Scott Dann is really putting himself in the firing line to keep Chelsea out and he again blocks Diego Costa's shot at point blank range. 

It is a hefty challenge and, to Costa's credit, he immediately spots Dann is in discomfort and waves to get the referee's attention. 

On comes the stretcher, it looks like Dann is going to have to go off.

At Burnley, it's Spurs who look like breaking the deadlock. 

After some nice play down the left from Vincent Janssen, Ben Davies forces Tom Heaton into another decent save.

And the Burnley keeper does just about enough to prevent Moussa Sissoko pouncing on the rebound.

It's not really a surprise to see Hull City captain Curtis Davies fail to emerge for the second half. He was at fault for the opener and generally not at the races, so he has made way for Kamil Grosicki. 

Over at Old Trafford, Baggies full-back Allan Nyom has been booked for a clumsy challenge on Michael Carrick. 

And now Carrick has a go at goal but his effort from inside the box is blocked by the West Brom defence.

Palace have made a change for the second half with a bit of a reshuffle in defence. James Tomkins did not come back out of the tunnel, with Scott Dann on in his place. 

Jermain Defoe is down injured about 30 seconds after kick-off. He's holding his right leg after landing awkwardly under a challenge. This must be worrying for Sunderland manager David Moyes.

Elsewhere, MK Dons have a 2-0 lead against Gillingham and struggling Port Vale lead against AFC Wimbledon.

• Championship leaders Newcastle United are, as it stands, strengthening their grip on top spot thanks to Dwight Gayle's first-half goal against Wigan.
• Second-placed Brighton and Huddersfield in third are both being held 0-0.
• Rotherham, who must beat Fulham in order to keep their season alive, are also being held 0-0.
• Aston Villa are beating Norwich thanks to Jonathan Kodjia's goal, while Danny Batth's double has Wolves 2-1 up against Cardiff.
• Struggling Bristol City are 2-0 down at Brentford, while Preston are losing at home to Nottingham Forest.
